Last night I realized our AC was not cooling at all and we are headed into a hot stretch. I called my previous company and it would have taken them 4 days to get out to check it. I found a flyer I saved on Dynamic, gave them a call, and was pleasantly surprised to get same day service since our AC was out. Yes, I did opt for a service plan, but the cost was within reason and it just made sense to get on a regular maintenance plan to avoid emergencies as much as possible and keep the unit running more efficiently. I Googled the price of the coolant and other services rendered and their plan seems like a good value. I was pleased with the prompt service and am sitting in a cool house again just a few hours later.

I can’t say enough good things about Dynamic comfort and its employees. I had been using another company for my rentals and began switching over to Dynamic comfort. Recently, I was left very disappointed with the other company’s service I was using for one rental (as I still had a contract with them regarding that property) and said to heck with them! I’m calling Dynamic Comfort! One of their AC technicians Ronnie came for a last minute call and helped put all my anxiety at ease regarding my AC unit and thermostat. I run many Airbnb rentals and it’s important that the units run smoothly for my guests. He went above and beyond to make sure my unit was running top notch! I couldn’t say thank you enough! I am looking forward to switching all of my rentals soon over to Dynamic comfort.

Telephone response was fast and courteous. Service was professional, honest and efficient - everything you want when it’s hot and your air conditioning isn’t working! Nate arrived on time. He assessed the problems. He showed us the issues inside our heat pump and clearly explained a few options for going forward. We weren’t pressured in any one direction. We are definitely 100% satisfied customers. Thank you!

Nate provided great customer service. He was efficient and honest. After a bad example experience a different company I was happy to have an HVAC company be kind, do a through inspection and provide affordable solutions that wouldn’t require a 10 yea loan and multiple other services to fix.
