This review is specifically for Michael who was super helpful in helping us navigate Dunn Edwards paint chip wall as well as helping us find the closest DE color match. We've been to the store several times in the past few weeks (we have a new build and needed to get our colors to our builder) and Michael's been nothing but helpful and friendly (and patient!) Great customer service.

Excellent customer service, and great products, I come here for a product that is exclusive to Dunn Edwards called Krud Kutter which literally can remove anything. It's made to remove paint and overspray but it works great on removing hard water stains.

I spent $100.00 on tip extension pole and the gasket was missing, I went back they said they have no gasket, they sent to another store and they gave me the wrong gasket .. they didn't exchange or refund my money back, I call it it's a rip off.

Have come to this place several times over a handful of years. Found them to be extremely helpful. This time, they seemed to be in inconsiderate and demeaning toward me. I will return given my past experiences.

Dunn Edward's is always good, however, this store is popular with contractors and so if you need a paint match, be prepare to wait a few hours or overnight if you're coming in during the evening.
