The worst customer service. Could not get someone to repair a door they installed. They are very attentive and helpful when they want your business but not when you want to use your warranty. Their big selling point is their lifetime warranty but it’s just a selling point and not a legitimate feature.
It was almost 4 weeks, and multiple calls until someone repaired our door. It is a danger to have a broken door handle in case of an emergency. Our neighbor's tree was struck by lightning while we had a broken door handle and there was a fire. Luckily there was no serious damage. After they finally arrived for the repair, they scratched the new lock and now our door does not sit well, I have to pull and hold it to lock it. This was the case with the initial installation too. The work is just “good enough.” The detail and care is not there.

Jason, tech, came to the house today. Great job. He has an infectious personality, very knowledgeable. He should be in Sales; his customer-facing demeanor is outstanding. Give him a raise ?

I've had nothing but issues with the company. My contract was for 3 windows and 2 sliding doors. After waiting 3 months, the install was scheduled, except one of the doors was not what was ordered. Waited another month for the correct door. All with no communication from the project Manager. There were so many things that went wrong from chipping my glass tile backsplash to not showing up when scheduled but my biggest issue is lack of communication. You email, no response. Call the company, no answer. The only positives are, I like the windows and the contractors they hire are good and professional. Also one employee, Jason, is the only one that is willing to help. The price, I found out, is way over where it should have been. My fault for not doing my due diligence. I've been making payments for a job that has been going on for months and not yet finished. If you live in the Tucson area, do not use this company for any of your remodeling needs.

Dream Style Windows.
Scheduled my Install several weeks prior to appt date. I prepared my house took the Day off work. And they never showed up, no phone call no email to let me know they were not coming. 3 hrs after sched install. Spoke to project mngr. He said they double booked that date... then he said a week ago , one of my windows was broken. Now it's another 4 weeks. Very disappointed. With Management and there whole lack of contact. I Don't Recommend this Co.to anyone

Jose Paredes and Brandon Mott worked together to update two bathrooms. They kept to the timeline and the plan, cleaned up as they worked and presented a well done project in a few days. Jose's extensive experience makes him a good problem solver and he came up with stellar solutions for a couple of unplanned for minor issues. No complaints here.

they knocked at the door while my girlfriend was home alone late at night were very pushy and made her set up an appointment for new windows which i dont have any reason my windows are fine and then i called to cancel appointment and told then to not contact me again or come to my house. they called my girlfriend 2 times after that very pushy and unproffesional and had no respect for my request to not call me and they knocked on the door late at night like 8pm

Very happy with my experience. Good communication before, during and after installation. Project manager Chris Black reached out the week before to review what to expect and offer contact info. The installers, Jose Paredes Jr and Sr were professional, courteous and organized. I got a prompt answer after the installation when I called the office with a question. I am very pleased with the final result of my tub to shower conversion.

Jose A Paredes Jr and Sr installed a new front door in my home. The job was executed well and they even reinstalled my security door which required new bolts and a trip to the hardware store to complete. The door looks great and my house is insulated much better now.

7/1. Our walkin shower is done. We had a rough start waiting for the fixtures to arrive. We signed the contract on 3/2. We were advised it would take 6 to 8 weeks. 1 star for the rep that never bothered to keep us informed why the delay.
The installer, Pedro Soqui, did a wonderful job. He was courteous, cleaned up each day and made sure I was involved with the placement of the fixtures. 5 stars for Pedro.

Scott and Kelly were such a pleasure to have working in our home. They we efficient, detailed oriented, professional, and answered all of our questions along the way( no matter how annoying they were) I almost wish I had a second bathroom for them to come work on. The Wickham clan cannot give them enough praise, thanks again guys for the outstanding work that you did. We love our new shower.

I just wanted to give Dream Style a big thank you! They did an excellent job in remodeling my bathroom shower. From the consultation with Bryant Morrison to the excellent job done by the Father and Son team who are both named Jose Sr. and Jose Jr. They both were very respectfully,kind and did an amazing job building my beautiful shower. The clean up when they were done was great! Dream Style are very lucky to have these two father son team working for them. “A” plus!?
