They do greet you when you come in the door. It is clean somewhat plenty of parking, but it doesn’t have a fully stock shelves.

I shopped using the little baskets you carry, not push. When it was time, i placed the full basket plus one other item in the conveyor. I hear the register beep for one item then nothing else (i was letting my eyes wander around looking for potting soil). I turned to face the male cashier who was standing there looking lost. I said, i want ALL of those items. He looked confounded and was trying to formulate some statement and finally he says: I'm not used to pulling items out of the basket to scan. Well, that in my opinion is ridick! He then bags my items and places my bags back in the little basket. I grab my bags, freeing them from the basket and tell him that the basket stays there and the bags come with me. I also believe he may need to stretch before work if his range of motion doesn't allow for him to move around. Ugh!!

Absolutely horrid service by cashier TYLER rude and arrogant shows his true colors that he HATES his job. Unfriendly isn't strong enough as a word for him. The store is filthy and Uboats all over the sales floor and not being worked. This place will definitely shut down just like 99cents only did. Hire people who care this guy is terrible FIRE HIM NOW !!!

I was there on April 4, 2024 and it was a mess, empty shelves, piles in the aisles, items thrown away. And I didn't find what I was looking for. I think it is the fault of the thefts and laziness that abound there, since the employees should not do anything

Of the Dollar Trees in the area I would say this one is one of the best available. For Dollar and under stores they are to me the best. They value transparency of the products in terms of price for each item and at this location it shows. Unlike many other dollar or .99 stores that keep enough inventory of products on the shelves that are .99 or a dollar (now $1.25 of course but for ease of communicating and the few cents difference has no relevance to this review) to not get a false advertising lawsuit, they are clean neat tidy and organized. Also, I will add that the Family Dollar in the same shopping center and the Walgreens across the street makes this store very convenient as the stores keep different enough products that if there is something the dollar tree doesn't have on stock then you will likely find it at one of these other also excellent shops.

I have lived near the store for 3 years now. And in the past, they have had a great staff. Very friendly. Some of them have even become my friends who I still keep in touch with even though they do not work at the store anymore. This current staff though, words can't describe.
I don't know if anybody else has had this experience, but the past two times I have been in there, I basically was harassed because one employee in particular thought I was only there to steal. Even though that was not the case at all.
4 weeks ago, I walk into the store and one of the staff members said loudly you better keep an eye on that junkie right there. I walked out. In the last 4 weeks I have visited three other Dollar trees that are close. Not as close to this one, but still a little bit convenient. I don't have an issue with the staff at the other dollar trees. They don't make comments or follow me around the store.
Today I was in a bit of a time crunch, so I decided to try to give this one a try. Nobody saw me walking. I quickly went around the store and got the items I wanted to purchase. When I stepped up to the cash register, that's when the guy recognized me. He made a comment insinuating that I would steal. I took everything out of my pockets and turn them inside out. I then lifted up my shirt and ran my fingers through the waistband of my basketball shorts. I completed my purchase and of course he said for me never to come back. That's fine I will not be back. There is a family Dollar in the same shopping center. And I have chased three people out of that family Dollar after they have stolen things and brought back the items. I have talked to the workers at other family Dollars about my experience at this one. I have always been met with sympathy. I'm a single father of four kids. So I don't appreciate people assuming that I'm a junkie just because I have a beard or a bald head or whatever their reason might be.

This store has such a convenient location and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. I love the variety of merchandise they have there and how they always switch it up!
