Dollar Tree is a nice store with a good selection of items.
Negative: It seems pretty common to be approached by people asking for money in this and Sam’s parking lot and even on the sidewalk in front of the stores in this plaza.

A good store. $4 Tucson Sunday paper was $1 when I used to go there. When prices went up to $1.25 I stopped going as much.
