Beware of the hard sell. I knew before I walked in today that in spite of the low miles on my car I would need to purchase a new set in Oct when the current set is 6 years old. My appt today was for a rotation and balance. The tech refused to do the service in spite of him telling me that the tires were still in the "green." I mentioned that my husband did not feel they were ready to be replaced . The response was " WELL I DO." I'm certain Costco will do better.

Walked in with no appt since my tire pressure light was on. Store manager helped me himself by checking my tire pressure and tread. He gave me the option of just having my pressure adjusted or replacing my tires since they were about 5 years old and had sun damage. No high pressure sales pitch. I decided to get new tires since it was about time to do so. He checked their on site inventory and helped me choose the best tires. Even without an appointment, the entire process took less than an hour.

Had a damaged sidewall. The process to replace it with the certificates was easy and painless. They had the tire completed in a couple hours.

They fix flats at no charge ... even if you bought your tires elsewhere. Now, that's service commitment. I've always used Discount Tires for my cars - always reliable service and very comfy waiting room, too.

Good customer service, quick turn over time. Have taken our other car there in the past with no issues. I dropped my 1984 300zx off all in working order, they had my car done in about an hour an a half. When I received the car, my inner door handle did not work. I had to open my door from the outside which definitely was not like that when I dropped it off. I called the store an spoke to a manager that stated the tech who drove it said there were no issues, and the car was like that when it arrived. This is my daily driver of 7 years I treat the car very well, I felt as the manager was taking the side of the tech an not taking the issue seriously. Instead I will wait for claims to reach out an I hope to get this resolved.
