“Not a big fan of walmart , so it's usually my go to store if need to run in and get something for the house. A lot of times if they don't have it. I'll just order it off amazon.”

“Found plenty of clothes for back to school and at good prices. Many sizes available. The only downside is the changing rooms are small and only have two open up front while there is another 8 in the back they don't use after 3:00 pm”
“I tried looking for the corporate email for the Dollar tree on 6178 Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711. I have to highlight the amazing customer service and honesty I encountered from Leo the manager and an assistant manager who I didn’t get the name of. My mother went in on 06/13/2024 and she left without her purse. Her purse was left in the cart she was using and had her license and credit cards in her phone case. She went to run several errands that evening and realized at the end of day that she did not have her purse or wasn’t sure where it was left. We called different locations and even this one without luck. Finally two days later we decided to present at each location. She went to this Dollar Tree and found Leo the manager who was working down a line of customers. Another wonderful associate Steve who was so sweet and caring to my mother, he looked in their normal area and said there was nothing found. Leo overheard and asked if they could wait for him to finish assisting customers, because he could help my mother. She described it to him and then came out with her purse. The assistant manager who found it, kept it in a locked area where security watched it being locked away. They took this extra measure to make sure nothing was taken and nothing was lost. Everything was in place and as well as valuables that my mother was super distraught about “possibly” losing. The care and compassion that this assistant manager, Leo, and Steve was superb. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty and thoughtful processes.”

“I bought 2 pairs of black pants, straight leg. They were both different brands but fit very well. I also bought a 4-pk of underwear and an 8-pk of low cut socks, some valentine kitchen towels and a dog bed for my cats. I am very happy with my purchase. Good products and very decent prices.I had gone 2 weeks ago to a big department store and couldn't find a pair of decent black pants (very limited supply). I bought socks (8-pk) and was very disappointed cause socks were very thin on the top part of foot that I had to double up my socks. The quality was not there for the price. I didn't find same panties, as their ad had shown in an e-mail I received the day before I went in. When I asked the sales person why they didn't have ANY panties (the same as the ad), she said they get a VERY LIMITED AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS.I also went to Walmart and bought an 8-pk of socks and they fit kinda tight, quality was better than the other big department store but fit too tight for me.However, The socks I purchased at DD's were good quality and the fit was perfect according to size. They stretched and were not too tight. Also, the panties were stylish, nice colors, and a great price!”
“Went there twice in one week. Actually, in 10 years. I always forget about this place but it's a really cool store. I have to mention there was a gal handling the register, and she was amazing . Friendly helpful saved me a ton of money. Really engaged in my needs, which made me go back again for Christmas tubs. Another great cashier. People need to think big lots more often as do I, and the marketing rep should be fired and someone new should step in for big lots marketing department. ?”
“Actually had more items and better items then the store closest to me. Had the items I couldn't find and things they don't even sale in the store on Harrison. It may be further out but, it is worth it. Definitely has a better cosmetic and housewares section. Nice fluffy pillows. Had to get out of there before I spent to much lol, y'all know?.”
“We were just in looking for “bit of honey” candies. We’re doing a themed party. They didn’t have any, but William was super helpful! He looked in the back for us, and even called another location to see if they had any. We got them! Thank you William!!”
“6/1/22 Still excellent customer service and varied inventory - I found an amazing assortment of greeting cards on this trip.5/20/21What a great store! Everytime I go in there I see something new, I normally buy, but for only a dollar! I'm no cheapskate but why spend extra $? The store is clean, items are easy to find, and customer service is amazing, Joseph and Charleigh are among the courteous staff!”
“I went in a week ago I have been meaning to leave a review I went in a week ago and got greeted right away with a friendly welcome to DDS I went in and had a cool selection of shirts and hats I found at a great price of course and then went to check out and the cashier range me up so fast and was so friendly and professional I seen her name was Alba so I just wanted to add that she is one of the best every time I go.”

“In Picture Rocks, you only have a small handful of places to get food or merch, and the Family Dollar is one of two that you may actually find what you want. There are times they don't have what you want, but without them here, you'd have to drive to Tucson to get it.”
“Been going here out of necessity living nearby. I’m actually a convert to it now. I’m finding the price is just as good as anywhere and the sizes are normal unlike some. When I add in the almost 20 miles gas and time to get to Tucson it’s a win. Staff always seem nice, things could be perhaps better organized and cleaned but they seem to run to wire on staff to keep prices down. Would help if customers bothered to pickup stuff they drop or put things back as they found them as well on other side the coin. Regular customer now and the savings you can find also help.”
“Staff is very friendly, but the store itself is a mess with items disorganized and kinda thrown everywhere. The self checkout machine was a pain to use as well, and this is coming from a tech-savvy person. But overall, I know first-hand the value that these types of stores bring to places like this and it seems to accomplish that goal for the community where an actual grocery store wouldn't build a store.”

Was there a few days ago. Property was pretty clean and well stocked. Employees asked if I needed help multiple times and even engaged with my overly talkative child.
The problem is while I was there 3 men decided to load up on stuff and bust through the emergency door and take tons of dollars worth of merchandise”
