Very poor customer service, too many channels and they want to over charge for everything. Requested add ons or perks to no avail, and After 5 yrs of service time to get rid of them, they want to charge 15 dls for a new remote? Seriously?

Can I give them a negative 5 stars? Worst customer service in the world. Their phone answering service is the worst ever encountered. Their answering service will ask a hundred questions and not provide any solutions.
