A little disappointed ……… I ordered an item I have been saving up for for a long time waited months to get them made for me and shipped to me so I was so excited they shipped they got closer and closer finally they reached my town I was so excited………. Then D H L told me they where on hold I was like ok cool tomorrow after all I paid extra to get them faster but I understand they got to get some one to drive the 30 min to my house to complete the delivery so day two nothing hit up chat where is my package DONT WORRY SIR BY END OF DAY TODAY nope and again 3 day by end of day fourth day by end of day now its day five and Saturday still nothing so dhl obviously prides them self on holding packages and lying to it’s customers still waiting can’t wait to get lied to today if I can even get some one on the weekend
Update……… they were finally delivered. The driver was super cool and friendly Apparently, there was a misunderstanding with the address as it is a new address in a new subdivision so it was messed up In maps I just wish I would’ve been told sooner so we could’ve corrected the issue. Communication is key in all walks of life. I received them safe and sound and again the driver was super friendly.
