These people bend over backwards to help each and every person get into a car! If there's a way they will find it. No pressure sales. Friendly staff. Great waiting including a snack bar. Friendly faces everywhere you look.

Management willfully allows its employees to illegally make left-hand turns off of golf links 20 ft past the turn Bay into oncoming traffic to access the Old MacDonald's into desert Toyota. Spoke to a manager months ago who said he would rectify it to no avail, take on 9 will be doing a story on it and tpd promises to do random ticketing

I've scheduled a maintenance appointment here on my 2023 Corolla before and it went very smoothly. Great customer service, fast service.
Recently, I just called to schedule another appointment and Fernanda from Services answered. She pulled up my file and as soon as she found out I was a no call no show for one of my recent appointments, her willingness to let me finish my sentences went down and her attitude went up. Mind you, I was in the ER with a concussion and dealing with a back injury for the last 3 days. Sorry I missed cancelling this appointment while knocked out on pain medication?
This doesn't reflect the service capabilities of every employee there, but to this one particular person: be better. Thank you.

Service department. Dennis Schuerman was my service contact for my 2024 Camry-10000 mile maintenance. Found a bubble in left, front tire, told it was factory default, not covered by the extra tire warranty I purchased because not a road hazard. Had to take to Discount Tire where I was told it was a road hazard. Back to Desert, then told I don't have that warranty. Showed picture of contract to different service contact, (Terry, who was very pleasant)apparently, when I purchased the car, finance did not put it in computer. Tire replaced.
When I dealt with Dennis, he was really rude. I'm leaving for a month and needed my car, and his response, "you shouldn't have waited until the last minute to have your car fixed." Maybe so, but a routine maintenance appointment is usually just that. When I told him I'd had a rough couple of days, his response, "everyone is having a hard time., not just you." Not very good at his customer service job, that's for sure. This is the short version of everything said to me.

The used truck I bought here had low miles but all the tires are rotten and I’ve only had it a month - sidewalls about to blow out, had one blowout already and lucky I didn’t lose control! Dangerous - just dangerous and negligent.

Desert Toyota customer service is top notch.Nate as my sells representative was able help me out step by step which made the process a lot easier. Very friendly towards service members and veterans. Even willing to give rebates and discounts on accessories.

So far so good! Got a great deal on a van. Enrique and Rihana were super patient and friendly sellers with me. The loan officer, Freddy, worked to get me a great monthly payment that I could afford. The manger came out to congratulate me before I left and actually I was rude to them because my daughter was crying and wanting to leave to go nap and I didn’t even look at them and only said the bare minimum… just took off as soon as I could because my daughter was mad. So, even though I wasn’t the most polite they still kept their professional demeanor and I feel really did me a favor with the monthly payment.

You text, you email, you unsubscribe, you call, you write "return to sender" to mail, they don't stop. I am so tired of their promotional email claiming they want to buy my vehicle back, at this point this is harassment. But when you actually want to contact them for paid services they are unavailable. Predatory company that does not put its clients first.

We did NOT have the best experience when our son went to purchase a new vehicle. Customer service when we were there the first day not too good but went back the 2nd day and another Finance person helped us and it was better. Sales did fine but there was a mistake made when they gave my son a middle initial in the finance office. He caught it the day he bought the car and was told it would be corrected before going to DMV and the Bank. Well...you probably guessed it! The problem was NOT fixed and the only way I found out was I called to check! Anyway...it was super annoying and now my son had to completely resign everything even though he was already there and caught it at that time. Big waste of time. The only way this got fixed was Customer Relations Manager Kindra helped us get it all done. She actually drove the docs to my son and had him sign. That was a waste of her time and his because there was a mistake on those docs too so he ended up having to go in and sign docs for a 3rd time! Now we are being told everything is good. Kindra jumped through hoops and called us and text us anytime she had an update. I appreciate her so much for helping us get through this mess and it was not her mistake. She was amazing!!!
