What a great spot. Took in a set of coils/struts and hardware - They set them up perfectly WHILE I WAS THERE!!! Thanks for the help gentleman, much appreciated. (Not to mention - thanks for saving the gas $$ on two more trips into Tucson )

Great service and best prices in all Tucson! Oscar the guy in the front desk has a lot of experience and help me choose the best suspension kit and set of tires for my ram power wagon pick up truck! I can’t wait to get back for more upgrades to all my off roads trucks. Thank you again to all the team from Desert rat in the 22nd location.

4/20/23Ordered parts for the pickup on Monday - was told they would be in by Wednesday, On Wednesday was told the delivery truck broke down on the freeway from distribution center in Phoenix. Today, Thursday was told my parts were in Kingman. That's quite a few miles in the opposite direction.They called the "Sales Rep," but to no avail. I've never heard of a sales rep who shuts off her phone at 4 p.m.I was told this was a third party delivery company, Meyers, and Desert Rat had no control over their actions.So let's see, Wednesday - parts on a broke down truck on I - 10, Thursday in Kingman? This means the parts went back to Phoenix, then to Kingman, oh and this sales rep who isn't answering the phone at 4.Sounds like this is an example of poor communication and unprofessionalism. I got a refund. I am shocked a company owned by the Furriers, a very solid and venerable locally owned business has fallen into a relationship with a sad little delivery company. I hope the leaders go with a competent delivery company.

Cory was super helpful with recommending the right setup for what I wanted to do to my truck. Ordered the parts on Tuesday. Parts were there on Friday. Work done on Monday with the results I wanted/expected. Very satisfied!

Poor experience. Everyone there was in a terrible mood and didn't want to help. The guys in the bay were yelling and no one up front wanted to help anyone. When I asked for assistance on some information of their oil that they sell I seem to have inconvenienced them by asking. I left after that as I was getting annoyed. I will look elsewhere like online so that I don't have to deal with people like the ones here. Don't waste your time here and save yourself the headache.

Had a lift and tires installed on a Ram. The team did an amazing job at getting everything I wanted and did a great install. Pricing is very reasonable as well.
