To see the reviews on this pharmacy shock me. I am younger and still work and have insurance and just moved to Saddlebrooke a year ago. This pharmacy seemed close and convenient. Not sure if it is just my husband and I having issues there, but they never would renew a prescription automatically. I am so used to the pharmacy calling you up a couple of days before you run out of medicine, I thought that was the norm. Not with this pharmacy, I was always having to call last minute and get my prescription if they had it. They also didn’t always have the prescription I needed so, would have to wait for it. They also change their generic medications regularly (this happened to both of us) but when they changed one I used, I realized it didn’t work. Then I had to switch to Walgreens because they had what worked for me. I told them not to fill it anymore but they continued to do so and after the second time letting them know not to do it they did it again and I by habit picked it up not realizing what it was and then had to pay out of my pocket for the drug at Walgreens. When I called to tell them AGAIN, to take it out of the system, there was no apologies for their error. Only condemnation for being upset about it. They cost me money…why shouldn’t I be upset. We have switched all our medications to Walgreens since some were already there because Desert Life couldn’t fill them( they literally don’t have all medications), I am so happy to know that my prescriptions will get filled on time and are correct and what I wanted.

This pharmacy has nice employees, but nearly every time I have tried to get a prescription it has been incorrect. Today was the last straw. They had filled it before I was ready two weeks ago and they said that was fine, pick it up when ready. Today I went to reorder and their phone system wouldn't let me do it. I went into the pharmacy and it wasn't ready and it had to be completely redone by the pharmaicist. They then charged me double the price of what I have ever paid for it. In addition, they filled another prescription for 30 days instead of 90 as authorized by my doctor and insurance. They argued with me and finally filled it. They also messed up two other prescriptions. So 3/3 have not been correct in the past two months.I am surprised by their high ratings, it must just me that never has the prescription filled correctly or charged the right amount, or had their phone system not work, or had the prescriptions that were ready put back. I am giving up!

Wonderful addition to Saddlebrooke. Brianna,the owner/pharmacist, is very helpful in selecting OTC products and vitamins. Prescriptions are filled promptly.

This is new but essential in our neighborhood. Brianne Spaeth is the owner, and apparently also a magician as she continues to make good things happen in Saddlebrooke. She has been a powerful in helping us get Covid shots, and although the store is small, the merchandising is outstanding and the prices on sundries are very fair. Every single staff member is very, very nice and easy to deal with. I wish it were possible to give more than 5 stars!

I’ve never had a pharmacy with this level of customer focus. The service level is worlds above any chain pharmacy on the planet and I can’t stress enough how pleased we’ve been. While we were aware a pharmacy had opened nearby, we didn’t try them until recently when by chance they had a test everywhere else was out of stock. We’ve been completely amazed by their expertise and level of customer centric focus across the board. I can’t recommend them enough and encourage anyone seeking a pharmacy to definitely try them out. One of the best things to happen to Saddlebrooke in the 10 years we’ve been here.

Wonderful, cozy, and comfortable pharmacy in Saddlebrooke. My only previous pharmacy experiences have been Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart, so it's nice to come into an environment that has a more personal touch to it. The atmosphere isn't stressful or corporate, and the staff and customers don't have the agitated rush or the burnt-out looks that I usually see at other pharmacies.I was here for an immunization, which went quickly and smoothly. Their website made it easy to schedule, and they were available right on time. I plan to transfer my regular prescriptions here with my next refill.
