My family has been outside Beson, forever, and unfortunately for us, we're approximately 12 miles outside the city limits, on a ranch, which only guarantees a paltry, 15 mbps at best. On the weekends, My upload speed exceeds download ones. What I would love to see is something around thirty, which would guaranteed a six star reviews, and make My life way less stressful, since I need 100 internet connection for work, on account of my work in the aerospace sector.

I've used DakotaPro for a long time and am very happy with them. I find, when I need to contact them for customer support, they are great. Speed is just fine for my streaming needs and the uptime is outstanding.

Your company is terrible. My parents have lived in St. David since the 80s. Every time I came to visit, I questioned why on earth they would put the router outside where its constantly exposed to weather. As time went on, the quality of service got worse and worse and when DakotaPro finally told them that they would need to cut down some trees for the service to work, I told my parents to get rid of them. I believe it's been at least 10 years since they took over this company but all of a sudden two months ago the problem is my parents trees? Trees that have been there the entire time? Even the tech that went to their house dislikes the company so much, he informed my parents he was quitting to go somewhere else. Apparently, their employee relationship is as quality as their customers. Since the switch to another company in the area, they have had ZERO issues with their service. Turns out they didn't even have to cut down any of those pesky trees that DakotaPro determined was the "issue" with their service. Good riddance and shame on you for treating a couple in their 80s that way.

A technician from Best Buy was installing a new router in our home. He was unfamiliar with the Dakota Pro setup of the internet service. His call to Dakota Pro was handled by Lizzy and she expertly gave him the information he needed to complete the installation.

Garbage, can not wait for my contract to expire. If you ever pay for ppv, expect to know the outcome before you finish the "live event". Numerous calls, customer support is nice, but service is sub par. Disney plus kills the data, so your kids can complain about buffering.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Frequently experiencing outages with no solutions to have consistent service. I would never advise anyone to sign up with this provider!!

My service is almost always on. The speed is excellent and I seriously have a million hours of connection and only very rare occasions when otherwise. When you call they are always respectful and work diligently to get you a solution to whatever is going on. Usually it is a hardware thing and they are extremely good about getting things resolved. When it's something in the tower or their equipment they are always diligent and getting that fixed also. Very professional and a very good product. My head is off to them for getting us fast internet out here in farm country.

TLDR at bottomIt’s absolute garbage internet. $100 for 11 down lol. How businesses function with this is amazing. Streaming 720p in a 1080p/4k era. Gaming with around 90 ping. Downloads of around 35gb take 48 hours at least. Live streaming? Good luck.Call because outage, they’ll tell you to power cycle your router and POE adapter, then schedule someone to come to your house. That’s it. That’s the process. The person that does come to your house is very nice and professional.Would give give 1 star however it’s the best I can have in my area. Better than satellite tbf. Others have said Starlink. Once available I’ll make the move.TLDR. If it’s the best option then it’s the only option. Find something different if can.

I have used DakotaPro Internet Solutions since it started as Arizona Star Net--years and years ago. Their Tech Support has always gone the extra mile to solve my internet problem, sometime even when it is a problem not necessarily emanating from their program. Yesterday, Scott, the Tech on duty did just that. The other thing that I appreciate is that Spam seems to be non-existant if I limit my use to Friends and Family, using other websites to order on line or search the internet.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the tech support at DakotaPro. They are responsive and patient with issues regarding the internet service they provide. Sometimes issues are on their end, sometimes on mine. Tech support staff are helpful, professional, and stay with me until my issue is resolved.

I work with Territorial telecommunication and work with most of the telephone and internet service providers, I never have to wait on hold forever and always talk to a live person with Dakota pro, the techs are always very helpful and care about their customers. They always do a follow up to make sure the problem was solved. They provide excellent internet and phone service and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone . Jim Collins

DakotaPro provides the intertnet services for both my business locations - I have been working with them since 2019. The service they provide is tailored to our needs, their equiptment is powerful, the internet service is fast and reliable.Their team is amazing when there is an internet glitch, as will happen with technology. Often times they see an issue with the internet and it is resolved before we have any interruption! With other carriers I would not be able to get to a technician, have to wait for days for someone to come and inspect the issue, etc. I spent long, pointless hours on the phone with only frustration as a result.While we typically operate with fast and consistent internet service, there are occasional outages related to outside equipment or other service providers connected with our internet delivery. With DakotaPro I call, get a technician right away, and the problem is corrected in the moment.I highly recommend DakotaPro for their great service and dependability.

I've had the internet service in Benson for a couple years now and am very satisfied. It does go down maybe 15 minutes to an hour on occasion but I can live with that. The speed is good enough for my Ooma VOIP phone. I don't stream TV and I highly doubt it could handle the load, but it is way better than Cox that I had before in rural areas. Cox had about 50% up time which was totally unacceptable and it was more expensive.
