This is our local CVS location. The very first time we entered this store we were greeted immediately. We were impressed by how clean and organized the store was and how easy it was to find an employee to help. Today, we visited the store to pick up prescriptions for my husband and I wanted to get two vaccinations. Everything went smoothly...from completing the forms (for vaccinations) to getting the prescriptions filled. Pierce helped me at the counter; Ashley administered the shots and the Pharmacy Tech (Trudy?) assisted my husband. EVERYONE was exceptionally kind and helpful. A very pleasant experience. This continues to be our "go to" store for all our pharmaceutical and other needs. Management is equally impressive (Paul?).

Go to another pharmacy. Another pharmacy. CVS has changed the way they do business and do not care about their customers. I can’t imagine how elderly get their percriptions here. You can’t talk to anyone. You have to leave a message and someone will call you back. Maybe.

This pharmacy is always closed. It is so difficult to pick up prescriptions as you never know if they’re actually open during business hours or not. We have received messages that our prescriptions have been filled and ready for pick up only to arrive and them to be closed at random hours when they’re supposed to be open. Sometimes they are there, but “closed” for inventory which seems to be all the time. We have to often transfer our prescriptions to the Ina location.

There's a reason they have a 2.6 rating. Immense process improvement would help, training on how to talk to customers politely, active listening and the ability to say we apologize for the inconveniences would be a good first step

Negative stars. This pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I have filled scripts 2 times with them. The first time I waited in the drive thru for about 30 minutes and once I pulled up to the window they put up a sign saying closed. I had to walk inside to pharmacy. Then they didn’t have my insurance verified and it took about an hour for them to do it. Second time I came thru drive thru today, sat in the line for about 20 minutes. They told me the script wasn’t ready when I pulled up. Asked me to pull back around. Pulled back around after waiting another 20 minutes. They said the pharmacist hadn’t verified it and asked me to pull around again(mind you 5 cars behind me) or come inside and pick up.DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite my prescription not being ready, the pharmacy tech found my prescription and took the time to get it to me! He was very nice and helpful. Thanks!

I wish I could put negative stars for this pharmacy. Worst pharmacy ever. They lie and state they don’t have your prescriptions (never received them) so you have to call the doctor in front of the pharmacy tech in order to get your prescriptions filled….my doctor’s office recommended I use another pharmacy because they are tired of working with them. The people behind the counter are extremely rude (yes.. your facial expressions) speak volumes. Not to mention, most of the employees look like they just stumbled out of bed. They have inappropriate conversations, customers should not hear behind the counter and one person was eating while packaging prescriptions. Finally someone in the back said less talking more filling ladies. They also lie on wait times, 30 min turns into 1 hour or more. The drive through is always closed. This is the third issue I’ve had in less than 2 months. I’m done with this pharmacy. Customer service is dead here at this location

Wish I could give negative 5 stars!! CVS wake up and send someone from corporate in this place and clean house!This has been a nightmare of a pharmacy for a year now. Finally made the switch!Lately has been more terrible than usual. I call ahead, go online to refill meds and when I show up AFTER receiving a text it's ready, not only do they not have it, it's out of stock. I'm told they can have it in 24 hrs and they will call once it's in. Keep in mind this is a life saving inhaler for a toddler!!!! 5 days later after hearing nothing from them, I call and im told they don't have it in and don't have an ETA. I frustratingly ask when will it be in my child is now down to 2 days of Puffs. The lady responds don't yell at me then apparently throws the phone down because I hear it slam but I can still here them talking. I hear her telling someone that I yelled at her and they ask her why and she tells them the story and then after 24 minutes of hearing them take other calls and fight with other costumers at the counter I presume they hang the phone up.. I call back and im told them inhaler is in stock and can be ready today..My husband was given the exact same run around and constantly told they don't have his meds but will call when it's in. When I called to inquire I was told he isn't even on the list to get the backed meds and that they would put him on the list today but he probably wouldn't get it this week. This was after 8 days of calling and inquiring! How did no one put him on the list after a week of calling. One time he was told they don't even has a script for him on file yet they has been filling it for months. He called his doctor and they called the pharmacy who of course told the doctor they do indeed have the script on file. He calls back to the pharmacy and the same nightmare lady tells him they so have the script but they cannot fill it as usual.This pharmacy is a MESS!! On a positive note the pharmacist with short hair is well aware and sympathetic to customers. She was very understanding last week when I originally showed up and I've heard her coaching her team many times while waiting online. She is trying to teach them customer service and to mind their attitudes but sadly it is not working. They are rude, nasty and clearly have no idea how to run their computer system. Judging by other reviews I'm not the only one constantly being told different things depending on who picks up the phone or shows up working the counter or drive throughGo elsewhere if you can. You won't regret the extra drive or time to use another pharmacy.

Outside of no longer carrying Power-Aid sports drink products ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️, I love visiting this store.
While l don't utilize the pharmacy for any of my Rx needs, it's the store staff that make this place a treat to visit. Paul up front is the the purest definition of fantastic customer service. ALWAYS welcoming and inviting with a warm sincere hello upon entry into the store.
It's so refreshing in the post-pandemic world to actually experience real customer service Vs. just unabashed common indifference in the form of lip service.
I've ALWAYS found the restrooms to be clean. The building is always in good order and there is always abundant parking available.
While it seems most of the less then favorable reviews are directed entirely at the pharmacy and it's staff, the store itself have never given me any issues.

Sick child called at 10am before I picked up and was told rx will be ready at 2pm gave an extra 35 mins Rx not ready was told another 20 mins or just come back Friday 3days later seriously !!! No consideration I needed the rx like yesterday lady . Now I see why the reviews are so poorly .

Not surprised by the current rating. I went here last Saturday to pick up a prescription because I got a text that it’s ready, then when I arrived, I was told that it was out of stock. Certainly they cannot control the stocks of medication, but they can control the patient’s expectations. Wasted time, effort, and gas!!5 days later, I am trying to contact them to ensure it’s ready before I attempt to pick it up. I was on hold for 30+ minutes only to be hanged up on!! It was noted to be not busy too…
