This was a simple stop for a hair color item. And we weren't near our home to use our regular store. No problem here, a really large facility and seems like all new paint in the walls. We had to use self check out. I prefer a human, but this is what was offered. We would come again. Easy entry off Speedway Blvd.

Love this store, it has the most patient and welcoming ladies in Pima County. Michelle, Margaret and Marylou could teach these other stores a thing or four!

??a Wonderful shopping experience today w a spectacular cashier name Michael! W out going into much detail, he went above & beyond to help me look for an item I was interested in w much patience. Then he researched & found the items at the nearest CVS store. He is Kind and Courteous & sets a higher bar on what we should expect of cashiers yet, I'd say, he is a one-of-a-kind employee. Thank you for your courtesy w this old lady Michael, you made her day! ☺️ Noemi

I've been coming here for many years! Not many complaints other than yes, the pharmacy can be slow, but that's anywhere. They do drive thru Covid testing & that can hold up the drive thru a lot. That's my only issue here!

Please update the hours on your Google business listing. It says you close at 10:00 pm, but as of 9:45pm on a Friday, the lights are dark and it appears to have closed awhile ago. That was a 20 minute drive I didn't need to take.

My daughter and I were at the self checkout and the cashier confronted a shoplifter right next to my daughter. She approached the shoplifter and ripped the stolen items from his hands. She put my daughter in danger all over some ice cream. We are lucky he didn't have a weapon. Poor judgment on the cashier. I'm grateful it didn't end a other way.

Pharmacy closes early...so much for the meds I need...id pick a different location to get them if you are on a time crunch to get things done.

Best CVS in town for prescriptions. Ashley Featherstone is top notch & extremely helpful in the process. She deserves a raise!Least issues I’ve had with stock on my rx as well.

Jorge in the pharmacy was a huge help to me today. He looked up a coupon to bring the cost down on my prescription. He was kind and helpful. Great service!

In 2019, I was standing at the front counter when I felt a whiff of air and turned around to see a teenager rushing out of the door with a CVS manager in tow wielding a baseball bat. You cannot make this stuff up. Grossly unprofessional at every level. [Hold My Beer I.] Not to be outdone, in 2022, these shady mofos lied to my parents when they inquired about free CoV testing, as my mother presented with symptoms. Pharmacy staff expressed neither empathy nor knowledge. Rather, a pharmacy staffer offered to sell my mother a test, consciously knowing that free options--paid for by Uncle Sam--are readily available. My parents spend thousands per year at this pharmacy. I scheduled me mum a free test at Walgreens next day. I am a lawyer and biosciences expert. These dolts are worthless. [Hold My Beer II.] Just a few days later, I stopped in after eating delicious Korean food just up the street. My father works late sometimes and requested that I meet him on the way home. I suggested CVS. Bad move. I had my gym bag and was reading CoV testing materials up front. A young man emerged from behind the counter to stand in my way in front of the counter with arms folded. I asked how long the lobby would be open, as I anticipated spending fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes inside, as this is not a good neighborhood after dark. He indicated that it was open for another hour--till 10--but that if I wished to "walk the floor," I would need to check my gym bag up front. I told him that my parents spend some $5,000 per year at this store (I help them with their taxes every year), and that is not how any of this works. He stood unphased, as if he had not heard me. He said nothing. Worse, he had lifted his shirt, baring several inches of his belly. I told him that I found this trashy and turned to leave. A youngish girl--equally trashy, I must presume--taunted me as I left: "Bye." Accordingly, I repeated that I found them both "trashy AF," and I meant it. Where do you find these people?
