If you want to be treated with basic human respect, this is not the place to fill your prescription. There's a shortage of pharmacists and techs, yes, everyone expects lines to be long, but there's no reason to belittle customers or help people who genuinely need help. Second guessing doctors who have been seeing patients for YEARS is unforgivable. If you want your prescription filled efficiently and correctly with no problems, go elsewhere.

I had to completely switch pharmacies because of Emma and her cliquey staff. I will never use CVS again.

I have never encountered a pharmacist so unprofessional and unwilling to be helpful. Emma is condescending and standoffish when you question her actions. She refused to fill a long term prescription as it was written by a physician. She changed the amount of medication dispensed and gave instructions for use that would have required it to be administered against the manufacturers written instructions. Her solution when we refused to use the medication improperly was to go to a different location.

Had a bad experience at this specific location with their pharmacy. Emma was very rude and unhelpful. Ended up leaving and transferring my prescription to another location

I’ve never encountered a pharmacist as rude as Emma. She refused to fill my medication how the doctor wrote it, only how she believes it should be filled. She said she called the manufacturer and told me the info they gave her. When I called the manufacturer, they told me she is incorrect, and for safety reasons.They sent me a letter with all this information as well, which proves Emma not only lied about calling the manufacturer herself, but she also told me to use the medication against the manufacturers instruction. She still is refusing to fill my medication, she said “I don’t care what your doctor wrote, that’s not how I run MY practice.” On top of all this incorrect information, she was also laughing to her coworkers about it when I was trying to call my doctor’s office to get it figured out.

I'll start with the 2 pros that I find here, a USPS blue drop box is located out front of their entrance/ exit, and the employees were friendly.
Unfortunately, this location must have a large theft problem, I had asked for a cart and was told that they were in a locked room and the employee would get one for me, which she kindly did. I also noticed the large number of items that had individual locks on the pegs, which I had to get another employee to unlock so that I could take them to the register to purchase.
They do not carry distilled water, but they do carry deionized water, according to the female employee they are the same. After a little research, I learned, however, that they are not, deionized water uses chemicals for the process, and distilled water does not, a major difference in my mind.

ok, here goes...if i wanted smashed up bottles of 'cranberry juice blend' that required TOOLS to break into, well, I wouldn't! And if I wanted 'free same-day delivery' that took 3 days to arrive, well... I would have spent LESS money; gone to Fry's and paid for items I'd get the same day! I would NOT spend 3 hours trying to maneuver a user-UNfriendly website!!! And I called for help, got 3 different answers from 2 different people!!! Train your darn people IF you want to push a new awesome program! Also, to spend $5/month and THEN be told I would NOT be getting my meds sent free...well, it's useless garbage! On the GOOD side, yes..there's a good side... At least I didn't sign up for a full year! Another good thing, I got a ride to Trader Joes, and was able to get actual 100 percent cranberry juice for LESS than the 'blend version' at cvs.

Auto-refill practices messed up my prescription. I called for assistance but they said they couldn't resolve the issue they caused and made it sound as though it were prescription issue. Later, they admitted the issue to the prescriber.

They keep cutting their hours. If you have a standard 9-5 job it's almost impossible to pick up your prescription now without leaving work in the middle of the day. Although I found Emma and team to be great due to her realism, but this CVS continues to make it more and more difficult to get your needed medication. I will be finding a non CVS pharmacy going forward.

Avoid this CVS at all cost. I scheduled a flu and COVID shot on a Friday at 5:00 pm and I arrived 10 mins earlier and the pharmacy was already closed. I did not received any message or anything. When I rescheduled for another day, the pharmacist told me that the person who was going to give me the shots had the flu so I left to avoid getting sick. How is that even possible? Then when I turned my back, the pharmacy employees started gossiping about it. Lack of professionalism.

The pharmacist is rude and condescending. After several different encounters I’ve decided to only use the drive through because it’s convenient . My vaccines I will schedule at another location.

This girl in the pharmacy by the name of Emma was really rude. She basically told me she was frustrated because she was the only one doing vaccines, and everyone with narcotics is telling her to give them their medicines sooner. I didn't ask for any of that information. I called because I called the day before to make sure my medicine was ready, and I had this gut feeling to call the next day in the morning to make sure it was ready, which, of course, it wasn't. I get they are busy and out off staff, but Emma shouldn't treat customers like that. If she doesn't like her job, maybe you should quit "Emma". Otherwise, change your attitude! I wouldn't give a star, but it doesn't give me that option not to give none. Attitudes like that really affect your entire staff reputation, "Emma".
