Joe at CVS Tanque Verde is such a great customer service person. He is always friendly, helpful, smiling and great with all kinds of questions. He's super savvy with the CVS coupons, apps and technology! We really appreciate his excellent customer service!

I always have good service at CVS. And I like using the coupons it helps bring down the cost. I get all of my vaccines there too. It’s nice to have all the vaccines and one spot. The only downside is that they don’t join the Minute clinic vaccinations with the CVS PHARMACY vaccinations. That can make it confusing when they’re asking questions of when was your last shot. I think these two system should be linked together so that when they look me up, they’ll see everything from the pharmacy and the minute clinic

If you have allergies, don't get your drugs here. They don't check. When they switch the medications they don't tell you. They say, "Well, what did you expect?" I expect the drug they gave me today that looks like the one they gave me last time, is the same thing. And if it's not, that they check it against my allergy list. I DO NOT WANT TO DIE. Obviously, that's not their concern.

I love this CVS. Actually, I love all the CVS. They have good prices, friendly and knowledgeable employees, and the rewards are great. $5 for a $10 carepass every month plus rewards for certain items or accumulating items. I just spend $10 for $26 worth of cosmetics. Great store!

“Pharmacist” was so rude. She was upset she was only person working and was so rude when I asked how long it would take to fill a prescription for my son who needed a steroid to help him breathe. She said by end of the day but was never actually fulfilled. I went to a different pharmacy eventually.

Absolutely horrible can’t get anyone on the phone. They sent me away with the wrong scripts. Then said they would make it right 3 hours later they still haven’t fixed the issue.

Infuriating experience. The man with spiky blonde dyed hair and a gold cross necklace was the rudest cashier I have ever dealt with. He was disrespectful, had an attitude, and literally told us we were wasting his time. He shook his monitor at the register at me, lifted his hands up and dropped them while sighing in exasperation multiple times, and spoke to me in a demeaning manner. I had the hiccups and he asked if I needed water and I said no, but he gave me one anyway, and then would not proceed with the transaction until I started drinking it, which was bizarre. He spoke to my mother and I as if we had no idea what we were talking about. There's already reviews about how disrespectful he is, and it's legitimate. Alejandro from the pharmacy, on the flip side, was helpful and kind, as was the pharmacist on duty.

Very professional and extremely personable not only looks out for the best interest of CVS but also for the Guest. Enjoyed processing these transactions with Joe may switch from Walgreens to CVS again.
