One of the best CVS's that I've frequented. The pharmacy staff are extremely knowledgeable and the retail staff are always kind and courteous.

Anytime I've visited this pharmacy the last 2 years, I am disappointed in their speed of service. They seem understaffed and have no sense of urgency. I am glad I don't get my prescriptions filled here anymore. If you have an abundance of time and don't mind waiting, this may be the place for you.

Why does your website and Yelp list your hours until 10 pm everyday? You closed at 4 pm yesterday! WTH? Missed getting my refill because of this. Not good customer service people! If your hours are listed until 10 pm you should be there when I come by at 6 pm. So disappointing!

Transferred a prescription to this store and was told to give it 48hrs. 48hrs later my prescription still isn't at this store, they haven't even made the phone call yet. Wasted my time and now I have to drive across town AGAIN to get it filled at the more expensive competitor. This store deserves to be closed.

Horrible staff very rude. I've worked retail for several years and if I ever treated a customer like that I would have been fired on the spot. Never returning to this location!!!

If I could give no stars I would.the pharmacist has no clue on how to run things there.someone should call the district manager on her and complain.they are unorganized and always a line.she never tells you when they are out of something until you are there.

I don't know what's wrong with this store but this is the only cvs where I've ever had consistently bad service. They never fill my prescriptions. When I call I'm on hold for ever and then sometimes hang up before I even get a person. And then when you go through the drive through they are so rude.

Kim, Cheryl and the pharmacy team are the best I've ever known. They have always been helpful, thorough the most knowledgeable pharmacists, especially in the CVS system

Tracy at this location has HORRIBLE customer service and sadly she's a manager. The water machine outside took my coins, so went inside to purchase something to get cash. The register had a sign that said " No cash back ". Before I made my purchase, I asked her if the other register was allowing cash back because I needed, cash back for the water machine. He response was " I don't know, how much do you need"? Told her I only need a dollar, but can get whatever I need to get. I requested to get $10 back, she gives me a $10 bill. I asked her to break it, she huffed and puffed and said " I TOLD YOU, I DIDN'T HAVE CHANGE"! Well I also told her I needed cash back for the machine that took my money. Terrible attitude! Stay away from here, if you don't want your day ruined. I would've simply went across the street, if she would've just said she couldn't from the beginning. Not to mention, she wasn't wearing a name tag so I asked her what her name was. Her response " TRACY, I'M THE MANAGER " !

My husband got a new prescription for Lantus, an insulin. It was for 24 days and had a year's worth of refills. This CVS tried to say my insurance that took over January 1st would not cover the prescription and I owned $186. I called my insurance company and CVS NEVER TRIED to run it through my insurance. I went back and forth with CVS, calling my insurance company three times. All three of the insurance representatives had information about my attempts to resolve the matter. All three told me they cover Lantus and CVS had made NO attempts to run the prescription through my insurance. So I tried to transfer the prescription to Fry's Pharmacy. When Fry's contacted CVS, CVS told them there were no refills available. Such a lie. This was on Friday. Now my husband has to wait for our doctor to try to fix this on Monday. CVS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AND DOES NOT CARE THAT MY HUSBAND IS NOT BEING ABLE TO TAKE HIS INSULIN.

This CVS is much better then the speedway location. They text me when my script is ready, and my meds seem to always be in stock. Normally I don't have to wait to long in the drive thru line so that's nice. You can download the CVS app and order your prescriptions, view past prescriptions and so much more.

I wish i could post zero stars! The customer service is the worst! Every time i had a prescription filled it was a hassle. Including running me out of life saving meds! They told me they would contact me but the only contact i had was someone calling me and telling me that they were very busy and i was welcome to go to another pharmacy. Which i did! I will tell anyone who will listen not to give their business to cvs or trust them with your meds!
