I have dealt with many pharmacies both professionally and personally throughout my life. The entire staff including pharmacists at this location are always professional and friendly. Recently, Amy went above and beyond to find me a medication that was in short supply Nationwide, and got it to me within one day. I will never go to another Pharmacy. I thank each and every one of them for being so good at what they do. If you're looking for the best, you found it.

All pharmacies have their own calculator. If you are taking a Norco pay attention to the day you pick up. “CVS corporate..” Be your own advocate. Write all data on the bottle. Take photos.

This was initially flagged, and I will tell you that with great regret nothing is described in this review is inaccurate or exaggerated. This is my experience and I refuse to let them continue to get away with this behavior. This specific CVS has a 2.5 star rating overall for a reason. Unfortunately, this is the worst CVS I've ever been to, with extremely poor customer service. How does a corporation of this size have a store where it appears every employee is on the same page with being so rude? I've been in this particular CVS (Broadway and Wilmot) location 4 times in my life and that was 4 times too many. I'm a Harley enthusiast, on a bike wearing the attire, which is the only thing I can think of that may possibly trigger their behavior towards me, Idk. But I walk in with my backpack on, and the first thing an employee says is not "hello" but "leave that up here please" what? "The backpack" and with attitude on top of it. Do you make every lady with a purse leave her purse up here? I didn't say that or anything, just reluctantly left the damn backpack. The cashier, an older man with glasses, is rude and was rude on all 4 encounters. No hello, nothing, just takes my merchandise, asks if I have a phone number to add, and not even a "have a nice day". Last time I went there will be the last time I ever go to CVS. I walked in there later at night than usual. Another lady stopped me at the door "we're getting ready to close" and again not even in a nice way, and looking behind her there were what appeared to be customers. It didn't seem right but I turned around and left, and as I walked back to the motorcycle I looked at the time.. 7:45. The place closes at 8, wtf!?! Forget it! I wanted to turn around and go back and say something but I left and never will I return to this place, ever! Corporate needs to pull management and replace certain rude staff and just start over again. My experiences were not good ones, and I've only described 2 of the 4. If you need to go to CVS, go to any other location available. It'll be a good move.

They've never done wrong by me and are usually pleasant, if not neutral, to interact with. I've only used the drive thru pharmacy.

I went to this location about a month ago to pick up some prescriptions for myself. Nothing out of the ordinary, I normally do this via drive through. There was a new associate working there by the name of kim that helped me this day. I pull up to the drive through and waited about 3-4 minutes before she actually greeted me. Instead of being polite, she immediately asked me for my DOB to pull my order. Got frustrated when I couldn't hear her over the intercom, and when I requested for her to repeat herself she got further frustrated and really short with me. Horrible customer service experience, and you can clearly tell they are stressed and understaffed. I work in customer service as well and there is a way to speak to everyone no matter how stressful your day is. I have had a pleasant experience with all the staff members thier, so the location is fine. This is more directed to kim to try and manage her work load ans the way she speaks to people. A little kindness goes along way, and she may just need better training skills since she seems newer at this location.

DO NOT USE CVS if you are looking for RAPID COVID19 test results!! They advertise, offer, and charge for the 2 hour test but take 2 OR MORE DAYS to provide results!!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for false advertising.

The pharmacist was very helpful and went above and beyond! I was trying to track down a critical prescription that hadn't shown up yet (was supposed to send 4days earlier. He took the information patient and medication and was able to find that insurance was aware of it at another pharmacy run by a different company! Now I know where to get the meds! Thank you for being so helpful!!

The only issue with this CVS is the fact that the phone system WILL NOT give you any way to speak to the pharmacy. Endless machine circle.

Prices are ridiculous and so are the hours! Why on earth would a pharmacy (post-pandemic) only be open from 10am to 1 and then 2-4pm?? Are you joking? And prices other than booze are a good 20percent higher than Walgreens and forget comparing cvs to Walmart.....
