the pharmacy hours are already very limited but then they call to tell you to pick up your prescription and when you get there, there's a sign indicating that the pharmacy is closed early for the day. This has happened several times. I get theyre short on pharmacists but thats something CVS needs to fix and regardless, don't call people to come in to pick up a prescription when the pharmacy is closed!! Incredibly frustrating

CVS is not my first choice but it was the only location with my prescription in stock so I went.
They treated me like I had the worst deceases.
I understand they are human they feel fear.
I just have one question,
You work in a pharmacy
Who do you think shops in a pharmacy????

After stopping in here to pick up a picture I ordered through the app and to grab a few other items, I got an email asking for a rating of my experience. I gave a 6/10 because the makeup product I was looking for they didn’t have (makeup wall is practically bare) and paper towels and chapstick are twice the cost than those at Walmart or Target. I did mention my cashier, Logan, was kind and helpful.
I got an email shortly after from the manager, Blake, saying 6/10 is a failing grade for Logan so he would have to “have a talk with him.”
I already find CVS so crooked (they treat their pharmacists terribly), but to blame the cashier (the only bright spot in my trip) for a company’s downfalls pretty much sums up CVS for ya.

I would like to say my experience today was AMAZING! AJ went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He was very patient and reassured me he had no issue with rescanning my items because for some odd reason my digital coupons were not coming off my purchase even though they were loaded on my account. We had to cancel the purchase like 3 times and ring the items up again. My coupns finally started working and AJ made sure of it. To have someone actually care and do their job in the most calm and professional manner is great because you hardly see that. CVS did a great job in making him a shift manager (read his tag). I want to say Thanks again because that was a great example of customer service.

I was greeted when I walked in and the pharmacist was polite and gave me all the info I needed, but, I wouldn't recommend this particular cvs as it seems dark inside. Also from the first step inside all the way back to the pharmacy, there was litter on the floor. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. If that's what the public can see, what is going on behind the scene.

The Pharmacy is hardly ever open?. So 10 to 4 every day or something? And then they’re closed on every single holiday. And on Saturday it’s like four hours they’re open??? I don’t even see why this one is open. They definitely don’t cater to normal peoples hours? Very limited window for this Pharmacy. Going to have to find another one with better hours and better customer service.

Have always had great experiences with the pharmacy here. They are super professional and have gone out of their way to make sure I get what I need, whether it be a vaccine or a prescription. They are extremely busy, but do their best to get things done in a timely manner. The head pharmacist is great and has a lot of expertise. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understand my meds. The tech staff is also fast and efficient. Yes, you may be put on hold for a few minutes and you may have to wait a little while for a prescription, but it's because of a shortage of healthcare workers, not because they are being lazy. For a busy pharmacy in the middle of Tucson, they are very efficient and work hard to meet their customers' needs.

Insanely rude. A bunch of kids working in pharmacy. Swearing talking about other employees being reprimanded. Complaining. Too lazy to help. Sarcastic. Unbelievably horrible pharmacy. Shockingly unprofessional.

Waited on hold for 10 minutes for the pharmacy only to have someone claim they could not hear me and hung up on me. Just called Albertsons pharmacy and they can hear me just fine. Health care in Tucson is a joke. This review is all my opinion/personal experience.
