I felt immediately welcome and comfortable! This was my first experience in a CrossFit gym. I did the 7 am Hyrox class. Very friendly, supportive and knowledgable people! Not only the staff but the participants as well! Highly recommend!!! And they have an awesome kids class too! 😁
