My daughter had her hair dyed. Charles did everything he could to get the blue dye she had put in at another place out but just couldn't. However he was able to compromise and remedy the situation and make her happy. She was very satisfied with the outcome. Charles was very friendly. He did a great job and her hair looks great. Charles is a hair GENIUS! He is the first and only local hairdresser I’ve encountered who knows how to actually cut curly hair. He was a joy to meet and spend time with. Also, gave me great product recommendations. 10/10

Great place and excellent haircut. Charles is great and does a wonderful job. Even my 6 yr old will have no one but Charles cut her hair.To be blunt, it is the first time I've had a great haircut with a White hair dresser; majority of salons do not seem to know what to do with thick, wavy, frizzy or curly hair, I understand they don't even train with such hair. So If you are non- European American and non-African American, he will and can do your hair very well. I cannot comment however on African American hair, as Im not one.
