Just called to get some info before I went in, the man answered the phone - didn’t even know what he said, I had to ask if it was Cricket. He said yes, I told him I have some questions for him, he started yelling in the phone and told me he couldn’t help me because they were to busy and to just come to the store. I asked why answer the phone then? He continued yelling, saying they were busy.
