BAD SERVICE bad service
I think there is a person named Jesús, who configured the eSIM on a cell phone, and he charged us $25 dollars in cash, and I didn't know how much they charged for this, and in other crickets we found out and they all told us that they charged $10 dollars to configure an eSIM And yesterday we took another cell phone to another cricket that charged us $10 dollars to configure the eSIM, while at this Cricket they charged us $25

This location is a scam. The little guy with the weak mustache Armando that works there practices shady sales techniques by lying to and forcing customers to purchase chargers and phone cases with phones in order to get more items sold. There is no signs or any kind of advertisement in the store nor online that requires thi. He says you have to buy the bundle due to the convenience of not having to order the phones online and have to wait to receive the phone. DONT GO HERE.
