Fantastic experience at Cricket - 405 E Wetmore Rd. Ste 105, Tucson, AZ 85705. Thank you Nikole for the excellent customer service yesterday! Nikole is an Outstanding Hard-Worker, Very Quick and Efficient! She knew exactly what she was doing. She was also very friendly and I really appreciate her helping me in what I needed done with my account. Everything went very smooth and fast! Nikole did an Awesome Job! Thank you Nikole!

Nikole L is the best! I stopped in as I had gotten a new phone (lost mine), and she not only quickly helped me get my carrier info set back up, but also my phone set up in general! Terrible Customer Service at this location!!! broke my Phone went in for a replacement I have been with Cricket since it started in Tucson and the Young lady wanted to Charge $75 more for the same Phone that I just purchased 2months ago!! I went to the Broadway location and got a better phone out the door brand new for $75 I couldn't believe The price difference felt like she was pocketing the extra Money felt like she didn't care about Customer Service!! she needs more training or try a different Job! -5 if i could.
