Never thought Cox would get 5 stars from me! This location and experience were shockingly positive. I dropped off old equipment, got the new, and was on my way home in less than 10 minutes.

The location is great for pick and drop off for equipment. The store could use more representatives working, though! I was 1 of 6 people in line, and not until a 7th person walked in, did another worker come out to help!
