Last two times I've had a run in with two of the rudest, unprofessional "gentlemen" that I've come across in a place of business. In all fairness the other employees have been polite and helpful however, the two were bad enough that I won't be returning to this Costco.

I have been at Costco customer for a long time but I have never used their vision Center before so I went in to get glasses and spoke to Marla who was the customer service person on duty in The vision Center she was absolutely amazing. I could not imagine getting glasses without the help that she gave me I ended up getting four pairs and she was so spot on and so friendly that was really an unexpectedly great. I ended up buying four pairs of glasses and these were high-end glasses and lenses for what my optometrist was going to charge me for one I didn't even bother to use insurance.

Busy Costco in big retail center between park ave s and kino to the east bordering n of freeway 1-10. Big parking lot, gas center to north , entrance on Nw side of building . Efficient as all Costco's, checkout was quick on weekday mid afternoon. Good selection and customer service. Consistency is good business .

Best place to grab groceries while attending school at U of A. The wholesale prices are affordable and the food is restaurant quality.

When the pandemic began, Costco seemed to get it. Now, it's just not safe. People don't social distance. They say the have a policy to wear mask, but people walk around the store without them. I asked a manager to help when a entitled man whom refused to put on a mask, but got no help. Manager wouldn't even ask the man to put a mask on. What good is a policy if it's not enforced? Registers have all been placed such that you can't pay without standing directly next to the person checking out beside you.Extremely disappointed and dont feel safe at Costco anymore.

I got sick with the runs from eating pizza here last week but I'll still come back to shop for the other goods but planning to avoid the food court for atleast a year. That's how much I'm addicted to Costco. One wish I have is that they start selling different inseam pants then I could spend my entire paycheck there.

We live in Mexico, so to come all the way to Tucson for a high appointment is a big deal. I started calling their optometrist office which, by the way is separate from the optical area, two weeks ahead of time. Every time I called there was a message saying to give them my information and they will call me back in 24 hours. One time I left our Mexican cell number, one time I left my magic jack number which is a US number, one time I left my email and another I spoke to people in the optical department and they relayed my name and how to get a hold of me to them. They never called back. Out of 4 times that they promised to within 24 hours. So we already had our room and such paid for and needed some other things so we came up to do this. We went in today to see about if we could have an appointment tomorrow which we've been asking for for two weeks and they told me there was nothing available that I should've called. This shows me they didn't even LOOK at my messages. Dear Costco, this optometrist is not doing you any favors. I have always enjoyed getting my glasses at Costco and my husband wanted to get some too so it would've been Four pairs. Not happy. Will not go back.

THIS IS FOR THE GAS PUMPS ONLY... what happened? When COVID wasn't in CRISIS-mode like it is now, y'all were taking all sorts of precautions with sanitation of the pump handles etc however now that we are in CRISIS, no sanitation to be seen. WTH?

I prefer this store than the others in town. Maybe because I know where things are and it's usually organized most of the time.

TIRES: Don't buy them at Costco!!!! Their service is terrible. On 3 vehicles we had the road hazard warranty and they would not fix the tires. Took them to Discount Tire and they even fixed each for free, did not even buy the tires from Discount. But, we do now! This happened again today. They said they couldn't fix a tire with a nail in it as they were too old (6 years old), less than 20,000 miles on 40,000 mile tires. They removed the nail when they just stated they could not fix it as they were too old. HUH? The tires are fine. Folks don't buy into their crap on tires, they will just try to sell you more tires. We Love Costco but, will never buy tires there again! After having the same thing happen on 3 vehicles over the last 3 years, I have had enough. You can get even better pricing elsewhere! Costco Tire Center sucks!

I recently went to Costco to restock on essentials during the pandemic. I really appreciate all of the staff for how well they're doing their jobs. Staff made sure everyone wore masks in the store, and handed out masks to those who didn't. There were marks on the ground for individuals to stand behind to make sure everyone remained 6ft apart. Additionally, there is a board outside that lists out of stock items so you are aware before entering. Those details show how much care goes into making sure the customers are safe and satisfied. Thank you to Costco employees for your dedication during these hard times.
