My insurance has indicated this is the preferred pharmacy and I never seem to have a good experience. I just spoke to a Tina who was rude, passive aggressive and didn’t put the patient first. As a healthcare executive I felt embarrassed for how our Optum - Unitedhealthcare members/patients are treated. I was told minimal information about my prescription and when I asked her name she then started to ask me if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist in a passive manner.
She said they will check the prescription tomorrow in case I haven’t filled somewhere else and then try to fill at Costco also because that’s what people do with this medication.
Pretty disappointing and there continues to be issue at this pharmacy. Mark answered and did a good job recovery, was happy I spoke with Mark - but Tina is not patient focused.

At a Not very busy day, checking out a few but heavy big items in my cart last week, going towards the self check, there are 4-5 employees helping customers with scanning their shopping. There is this guy who is standing himself next to an available scanning station, but pointing me to another available machine with no attendee. What's the catch here? If you are there to do the job and help customers out with scanning, then suck it up and do it. If you don't like your job for any reasons, do NOT come out of your house. There are 60 cameras all around the check outs, so I am sure this kind of routine behavior is visible to whomever watching them. I assure you it does not take a genius to spot it. Unless the Costco's management has a different definition from the word "customer service".

A bit of shopping today at Costco before the holidays. They have TV's on sale so I got one. It's been years last time I purchased a TV. Costco gives you additional warranty years on it. Easy to use with Netflix, Apple AirPlay mode and many other features and no need for extra remote or equipment. Who doesn't love Samsung brand TV? I think it's the best after Sony. My last Samsung TV lasted over 20 yrs and I donated and it was still in perfect working condition. Good value for the money and quick service today even though the store was super busy. Overall it was a good shopping experience and found all that I was looking for.

Costco is Costco to me. I don't feel like there is one location that stands out over another - they're always busy and have aisle upon aisle of good deals. I will say that the last two times I've visited this location, the self checkout associates have been rushed and rude. I know we're all stressed this holiday season and I understand when someone has a bad day, but it seems to be becoming a regular occurrence that's causing me to avoid self checkout.

It's a Costco so you have everything you expect at a Costco. However- we have had bad experiences buying jewelry here and many of their staff have been rude in some way or another but nothing out of the ordinary. Prices are a good value.

This pharmacy is horribly run. If you are a veteran, go somewhere, anywhere else. This used to be one of the best run pharmacies in the state. The arrogance of the manager is mind boggling. We were kept them for 3 hours while the female pharmacist actually argued with the doctors office over filling a legitimate and necessary prescription for a Vietnam Veteran. Likely she had a prejudice over veterans. If that’s the case, she should have sent him elsewhere. Her actions were unconscionable. The physician was furious at her lack of responsibility and attitude. Never again.

I have been a Costco member since the old Price Club days in the 80's. I go once a week to stock up. Great prices, fast and easy with self checkout and friendly staff. Highly recommended

I have Covid and sent my son into Costco to get me some apple juice. They would not sell it to him because his picture is not on my Costco card. So I went in and canceled my membership. I'm not going to pay a membership for the privilege of not having my family member be able to shop there. They are not the only game in town. What ever happened to customer service?

Warehouse itself is one of the nicer ones around, but the parking lot is an unmitigated disaster. Doesn't matter what day or time you come in, you're going to struggle to find a spot. Once you're in the warehouse, it'll be packed, but the lines move quickly and if you're able to, definitely take advantage of the self checkout lines for the speediest option possible.

I've been to two different locations here & by far this is my favorite. Every time I come here it's busy but it's to be expected. It's a very large Costco with so much more selection. I always find something I didn't know I needed. The prices are great but of course everything is in bulk. Most times if I purchase something that is perishable I just share with my neighbors as I know I won't be able to consume it before it goes bad. They have a gas station, tire station & a food court to enjoy their famous hot dogs & pizza.

I'm a newbie and I just spent a fortune on my first visit to Costco. The store is huge, but there isn't a lot of variety within categories. Prices are better than most stores at least on many things. It is mostly generic American major brands, not a place to pick up specialty goods. I was planning to buy something to eat before shopping, but the line was long and outdoors (in June midday heat), so I had to make do with the free samples available inside the store as lunch.

They need to take the rotten chopped fruit off the floor and not sell to customers. Fiesta chopped fruit all slimy and stinking when I opened just bought today. Costco you can do much better.
