Of course I love Costco. Buy bulk and find hidden gems. I hate the lines, but the checkers really hustle. I can't complain. I recently found chicken teriyaki bowels. Those did not last long! Anyway, whether you want a floor rug, food, clothes, batteries, or alcohol; Costco is the place to go. Good luck getting out of there without spending a lot of money. Good place to get gifts too! And cake!

Was in the store and bought their ready-to-eat BBQ ribs and was disappointed. No meat and fatty bones !! I ended up giving them to a homeless man at the stop light and figured if he didn't like them at least his dog would LOVE them. NEVER again $23.84 was wasted.

The food court is very fast, and for just a couple of items on the menu, it's good for a quick bite. And you will spend a minimum of an hour just looking around at everything they have.

Costco is the best for value, quality, convenience and their return policy is like no other. It is my favorite store. Did I say the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and happy? They are all that and then some! Greatest store ever!!

This is a review for the tire center. I got a bolt in my tire (classic Tucson) and drove it to Costco to see about getting it repaired. They took a look at them and unfortunately they weren't purchased at Costco so they couldn't repair them and even if they could the bolt was too close to the sidewall so the repair wouldn't have lasted. Daniel helped me find a promotion that basically gave me 4 tires for the price of 3. And they got them on my car within an hour. Great customer service. And next time I get a bolt in my tire, they can repair it because I purchased it from Costco. The self serve tire inflators are great. I can get in and out without having to inconvenience the tire staff

I can't say enough good things about Costco, particularly the Grant Location. Every visit is a fantastic experience. The staff are amazing and always make shopping a pleasure. What really stands out is the unbeatable value and quality of the products. The store is spacious, immaculately clean, and I've never left disappointed. There's truly no other Costco like it. Highly recommended for anyone seeking great deals without sacrificing quality.

Have been a member for years, this Costco simply has horrendous customer service. The manager is also useless, if you're young they'll profile you and think you don't have a membership even if you do. Just go elsewhere.

I was at this store on Grant and a associate, by the name of Lloyd, was threatening me and was screaming at me. I had gone into this store to complain and none of the staff, wanted to help me out. I want back to my car and he was standing by my car, trying to threatening me again. I got back into my car feeding very unsafe. I would recommend, that everyone stay away from this unsafe place.

Bought a Samsung washer and dryer online, and during the sixth time we used the washer it started making a horribly loud ratcheting sound when the drum agitates. Called and reported the problem immediately and asked if they could replace just the washer with a new one since something is seriously wrong with it, but the dryer works fine. I was told the appliance division would call within a day or two to schedule swapping out the washer. A week later and several phone calls and Costco is kicking the can of responsibility down the road. The people on the phone are pleasant, but can't give us any information about this being resolved in a timely manner. The have to talk to the warehouse people who have to work with the vendor who have to get back to someone else in corporate- yada yada yada. Last call they asked if we wanted to schedule them to pick up the broken washer -- why oh why would we want to stay home an extra day just so they can take it away if they can't bring a replacement? Beware of buying their appliances.

Costco is always depressing for me - the crowds, no windows, concrete, bulk amounts of things that offend, but I do buy my glasses there. I went in at opening today to get two pairs of glasses. I took a number after I found them, and I waited for an hour. I had a front row seat on bumbling inefficiency. One of the three employees working on a Saturday morning took two customers in the entire hour. He kibbitzed, waxed poetic, flew his narcissist flag, imparted his life story, asked their life story (Do you play an instrument? I play cello.) He over-engaged them to exhibit his own self-importance. None of the three men had any sense of urgency, none had any sense of efficient customer service. Move them through, Costco! You can be friendly and efficient. Two customers were smart enough to grab a number, jump up to the counter and say,"Something quick..." Two of the men helped those customers rather than telling them to wait. I gave my number to someone and left. It's a major dork fest.

Costco is Costco. Love the self checkout stations for small orders. The staff is always well trained and quick to help.
