Dont go here, my son was amazing and perfectly quiet and still. The \\\"stylist\\\" left visibly coarse lines all over his head, had a bad, argumentative attitude when i asked if she would please shorten his bangs and clean up the clipper lines...didnt even ask me what I thought before deciding she was finished. Rude and no concept of service, more expensive after tip than my barber whom just happened to be unavailable today. Dont give them your money.

Tonya does mine and my husband hair she gets you in and treats you right and does a beautiful job. and when I think I need a product or several she points me in the right direction. yes I went In when she wasn't there and didn't like what I bought! My fault it wasn't for my type hair... lol. So yup I'll leave it to the professional ? thank youServices: Long haircut

PLEASE BEWARE! Can I give negative stars? I wish! What a terrible experience starting with making the appointment. Seems an employee or someone uses their number after hours and when I called to chat about my appointment I was greeted by the RUDEST human in all of AZ and I called the shop the next day I was told " yeah a few people let us know thanks" okay well fix it! I go to my appointment with Brittany and all seemed okay until the end when I noticed NOTHING was done to my hair... Not one grey was covered and I paid over $80 plus tip and they won't even dry it or style it.... HOW CAN YOU TELL IF THE COLOR STUCK OR LOOKS GOOD IF YOU SEND YOUR CLIENTS OFF WITH WET HAIR?!Next day I go immediately to another salon and the hair dresser was appalled and fixed it. Took photos of the before and after because it was that terrible!I called and asked to speak to a manger and they refuse to make this right so please take my warning and don't be me! Don't trust this location because you will end up spending more to fix their incompetence.

I needed a haircut it's been super hot and couldn't take it anymore . Called my regular gal and she was booked. I wanted something close by, went online and found Cost Cutters made an appointment. Was greeted by a gentleman and he checked me and Maggie was waiting for me. Very friendly and asked the normal stuff what kind cut did I want and I told her and she cut it exactly as I described it to her. Love her scissors the handles were psychedelic color pretty cool. Love my short summer cut.

First off Jeff was very arrogant. I showed him several photos and asked if he was comfortable cutting my hair. He said, “looks like a topical haircut” Then kept asking is this good? I had to keep showing him the photo and asking him to do more…. He argued with me about doing more! Paid for a style and get a blow dry. Never using Jeff again!

Brittany cut my hair and while she was extremely nice and personable (A+ customer service). She butchered my hair. Asked for straight cut trim on long hair and one side is a half horse shoe. Asked for straight across bangs and it was crooked. One side was an inch longer than the other, no exaggeration, I had to recut them at home and now they are bangin. I don’t understand how she messed up this bad. Too afraid to say anything at the time because she was so nice and I know her but don’t go if you have hair longer than most guys.Service: Haircut

I came as a walk in but the stylist, Melanie, took me back immediately. She listened to me, really listened and offered suggestions about how to get the look I wanted. She was meticulous iñ cutting my hair. She also took time to show me how to style it and what products to use. I got the perfect haircut!Service: Haircut

Walked in off the street last week after going to the UPS store next door. Was taken right away. Nice chat and truthfully the BEST SHORT hair cut in my life from Maggie Harm. I never liked it after I chopped it off before @ 59 years old I finally found a great stylist !!!!

I have been going to this salon for 3 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience! These folks were out if work for several months during Covid and the rules that were put in place regarding masks were not set by them but by the CDC. Yes, even for children! When I was a little kid my mom cut my hair not too difficult so to complain about a rule not chosen by the business as well as a few snips if hair on a child is not being selective. They had to follow the state guidelines or risk shutting down. Also the reason prices as well as sanitation costs have gone up. I wouldn't have gone to a salon who didn't require masks. These kids were being allowed at day care centers next to my bank you'd better believe they could have been exposed! I finally found a hairdresser I adore and while I can't afford to get my hair done as often as I'd like (I checked, other salons were charging the same and more) I hope I never have to lose my sweet hair stylist. He's the best and makes me feel beautiful every time I go.

While the hairstyle and hairstylist were great, I was not happy with the $3.95 "sanitization" surcharge. Because they keep their place sanitized, which they should for regardless, the customer has to pay for it? Gimme a break!!!

They do not honor the scheduled time of online appts. I have made 2 appointments over the last couple months , I had to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour. They allow walk-ins to move in front of online scheduled appointments
