I went in and asked for a trim, my hair was down to my waste. I asked how much would need to be cut to take off the dead ends. I was told 2 inches. I asked for curtain bangs and a trim, now my hair is all the way to my armpit and my bangs are crooked! I had to go so they could try and fix them at one point I made the hair stylist STOP because she kept going shorter to correct her mistake on my bangs. I avoid salons because of this, I hadn’t gone in years always trimmed my own hair but I wanted bangs fir the first time and finally decided after 10 plus years of avoiding salons because of a past experience, to go and get them done just to be reminded why I avoid these places $25 down the drain and scared forever now ?

Cost Cutters because it cost $25 for a shitty 10 min hair cut. Just go to a barbershop and get better treatment and quality. Not at all impressed. Will never go to any cost cutters again and I hope this company goes out of business. Didn't even hold up a mirror to look at the back of my hair and the hair cut was shitty. I have never left after getting my hair cut pissed off until now. And hell no I didn't tip.

They are amazing employees at this barber shop, especially the store manager.Excellent customer service, politeness, and professionalism! There is so much cleanliness, shine, and organization in the border shop. Since last 10 years, I have always enjoyed going to this shop for hire cutters. Shahla is the best at cutting hair for adults as well as kids. My kid has always gotten best haircut by her. Other ppl are not so good
