Cornerstone allows their builders to start work across our small residential street at 6am, packing earth with a vibrating roller shaking our entire house waking up my toddler and baby and are unresponsive to requests to commence earlier.

We purchased in Stone House in 2020. Promises are not kept and warranty commitments are ignored. We are in the process of filing a compaint with the AZ Registrar of Contractors. Oral promises mean nothing to these people. Get it in writing.Service: Luxury home building

We moved into a new Cornerstone built home in Tubac a little over 2 years ago. So far, we've had issues with the solar tube leaking, kitchen sink faucet leaked and water damage, now we're having the whole house painted and roof sealed because of cracked stucco.

DO NOT BUY FROM CORNERSTONE. Cornerstone was our home builder. The sub-contractors they used are terrible. Several homes in our subdivision have trouble with water leaking though windows or doors. They did not install our windows correctly and when they leaked fought us every step of the way to repair them. Our roof leaks after 3 years. We were told - "We build houses, not submarines". They did not install our service garage door correctly and had to grind the foundation down to keep it from leaking through. They offered an extended warranty and then pulled that back when they realized how poorly our home was built and refused to stand by their promises. They promised walk through inspections but never did that. I would caution anyone looking to purchase a home from Cornerstone to not do so, at the VERY LEAST hire an independent inspector to review every step because Cornerstone, specifically the owner, will almost certainly not stand by the quality of their work.

Cornerstone built our home in Tubac. We have a one year warranty on our home. We have completed the warranty work request via email and they do not respond. We have resent the request multiple times and they do not respond.

We signed a contract 5 months ago and this builder has yet to break ground on our home. With the price of material skyrocketing the longer they wait the slimmer profit margin is going to be. We have a contract and right now they are in material breech.

This company is not listed with BBB for a reason. We signed a contract for our semi custom home in June 2020. At first things we exciting and the people were helpful but it quickly devolved into us having to constantly point out mistakes. By the time they would actually talk to us about it - building was already past the pint to “fix” it. After 5 months of concessions on our part we finally put our foot down. When we did, they tried to charge us for fixing their mistake. We have on record an email from them stating “just sign the paperwork and we’ll review cost later”.In November 2020 we asked to cancel our contract. We saved every communication and because of that were able to prove “our side of the story” and we received our earnest money back and walked away.We think that they prey on the emotions of a home buyer to do things their way to keep down on cost. Please, if you choose them, track everything. Also the photos of the “positive” review are of the model home in Andrada Ranch.
