Always have a great experience when walking into this circle k. Billy is the kindest most hard working person I've seen and answers everyone's questions to the best of his abilities as well as greets everyone as soon as they walk in. No complaints! Would be a great manager for sure!

I love coming to this Circle K, Billy always makes my day better! He is very polite, always greets me and tells me goodbye. If I can’t find anything he helps me find it or goes and looks for it. He is an all star employee and I really appreciate him! Keep up the good work!

Great customer service at this store in general I normally go later in the day. Billy greats you with a smile and a welcome to the store as soon as you walk in always helpful and friendly to me and my husband.

Sodas had too much fizz took to much time to bubble down UNACCEPTABLE this converted hodgie mart that is now a circle k needs to be shut down. Absolute garbage mart trust me and go to quick trip across the street also name of the store is wrong in header It is now Circle K

For your own peace of mind do not shop at this store!!! I never have a good experience. Just a few minutes ago I was kicked out after being over charged for cigarettes. I politlely asked why i was over charged and Gabriel the cashier that initially helped me told me he forgot tobapply the weekend price and I was told i would have to wait for Irene the mananger to fix it. Irene took 10 mins to finnally emerge. With out an apology she told me she would only fix one over charge. I said "this is why I hate shopping here" and Gabriel kicked me out. I said I never cussed or saud anything abiut either of you and I want my over charge fixed and they refused. Never did anyone apologize and my over charge was never corrected. I worked for circle k before. This is not how we were trained. They proved that the way why i feel about shopping there was appropriate. We all hate shoppong somewhere and being treated so badly. I never cussed or said anything negative about either of them personally. I am highly offended and im sure they dont care. Please dont shop here it only tells these people to keep up the bad work.

The time of this incident is is 2:30. There was a line of about 10, then 15 people. Poor Billy was a sweetheart and tryin his best to take care of everyone and being his co-workers for help, all with a smile and amazing customer service. Ani is walking around with their name tag still on, taking out one bag of trash and looking stoned as hell. A girl with long, black hair was wearing her uniform and name tag, carrying a clip board, on the store phone, and standing behind the counter, right next to Billy and ignoring him as he asked for help. When asked for help, Ani ignored him, too, and the girl turned and yelled at customers, saying they were off the clock, as she flipped her name tag so we couldn't read it. Fire them, decrease their hours, and/or promote Billy. I used to work at Circle K and I used to be a manager. Billy is the only employee worth keeping that I saw today. Go, Billy!
