they stole my deposit. lied about my move out day and stole my property. greenwater investments should be Toilet water investments . they lied and kicked people out for no reason and stole a lot if peoples stuff. if you live here they will get you too. thieves and liars can't be trusted . I'm taking them to court soon.. Then old owners were great . gGREEN WATER ARE THIEVES AND LIARS .

Horrible place, worst management. Will try and charge 100's cause you leave a mop out to dry. Not a place for kids. Would recommend anywhere else.

I wouldn't have survived without Cordova Village. I've been here since late December of 2017. First, I won a raffle that gave me no rent for an entire year! Then I had a very low rent. Now the rents are lower than at many other places. If you get Social Security, you will almost surely be qualified to live here. We're also allowed to have our pets here! The office staff is hardworking and efficient and Tomisue, the Manager, is wonderful..and the maintenance staff has been excellent!. My apartment is a nice one-bedroom.

I have been living here for one year and have just signed a lease for the second year my experience here has been a positive one my apartment is spacious clean and convenient. I have a huge walk-in closet and lots of storage there are many kitchen cabinets that I don't even have enough stuff to fill them countertop space is abundant and all of my appliances work great I was surprised to find that I had a dishwasher as well. That also works excellent. The apartment also came with its own water heater so I never run out of hot water. The ground here at Cordova are very well kept the grass is beautiful the pool is beautiful and kept up very well. The groundskeepers are friendly helpful and never complain no matter how much litter they have to pick up. I have never had any problems putting in a work order for a repair the office quickly gets it off to maintenance and within a day or two the issue is resolved. The office staff here is extremely accommodating and more than pleasant to speak to. The staff will go out of their way to make sure any issue that you may have is resolved quickly and efficiently. All in all I've had a pleasant say here. I've made some new friends and I've taken advantage of and enjoyed all the amenities here. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Cordova village apartments to my family and Friends.

My friend recently moved in and was worried about the gate being knocked down and anyone being able to get in but she shared her concern with Jennifer in the office and within a few days the gate was fixed. Jennifer is professional and friendly and very helpful. The maintenance man Frankie is wonderful as well. She is happy living here so far.

To the new owners .....like It's cool that you guys want to change the locks but why take the locks off our screen doors now if somebody wants just to open their front and have their screen door locked now they can't cuz we have to worry about people coming into their house. That extra lock was more security for people

I have lived at Cordova Village for nine years and I have not had any negative experiences with the office staff or maintenance. The issues I do have are with some loud tenants and their loud guests. The homeless that sleep over night in the both laundry rooms or behind trash bids. If the land lord has the ability to resolve tenants and their guests’ behavior issues and the homelessness in the apartment complex then Cordova Villege will be an extraordinary location to live at.

Why pay rent Early or on time.? Hot water off again no notice. Plus Air conditioner out. Called about both. Not a answer. And office is not helpful even when here. They should take Care of all here. They don't. Not Fair for my Family. We work hard and pay rent be for dueTo not Have hot water or Air conditioner on
