Prince was the only salesman that helped me and my family get our table and even move it out and help the placement my 5 stars are for homies the rest of the service was pretty trash. Make Prince the manger at not closed Conn store's the rest of them were trash especially "all sales final" lady ?

We were shocked that they are closing. We got a great discount due to that but one down fall... In the process of moving the Marbled fireplace tv stand broke so we couldn't get that. Everyone was amazing.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Conn’s. We purchased a $3700 sectional sofa in February 2023, and the cushions have already gone flat, making it uncomfortable to sit on. We’ve spent over 5 hours on the phone being transferred between departments, and we’ve had to dispute our warranty claim being closed without resolution three times. We will never buy from Conn’s again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Small scratch in the front of the refrigerator we purchased. Got a good deal but classic sales, be willing to walk out and the price just continues to come down.

Service structured around Commission. Very Impersonal and Cold. After sale is made and you've left the store no more Service. They only called 1 time to set up delivery and left no voicemail or email and just left my items to sit until I had to call to find out why my items weren't delivered. Then I called the customer service number and get non Americans whom I can't understand.
