Great location and service! The hotel appears to be remodeling in certain parts and I’m sure it was just bad timing on our part with the room we got. The glaze in the bottom of the tub was flaking off but otherwise the room was clean and neat! The hotel is well designed, with interesting architecture and relaxing outdoor areas.
Nearby activities: Several parks, the Tucson Loop, and Sabino Canyon are all quite close.
Walkability: Within short walking distance to many great restaurants and parks! Public transport also available in front of the hotel increases range without needing a car!

This was a really nice Comfort Inn property. The price was reasonable, the bed was ultra comfortable, and the hospitality was some of the very best we've experienced. The property was well-maintained. The biggest downfall was having to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. This property has outside doors for the rooms, but those doors are behind a locked gate/door, so it was very safe. The outside was charming and rustic with a pretty view of a fountain. A lot of thought went into the design of this property. We stayed 2 nights. Our room had an ample number of towels--3 sets. We hung our towels the first day, fully expecting that we would not have any cleaning service. Much to our surprise and delight, housekeeping came in, made our bed, put out additional towels, and wiped down the sink and tub. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Hats off to a wonderful establishment and an outstanding staff. Thank you for such a nice stay!

I was very impressed with this Comfort Suites!
The Entire Staff was Super Friendly!
Our Room Was Really Clean and the Beds were comfortable! We like having a little kitchenette table and couch!
The Breakfast was Terrific!
We'll definitely stay their again next time we stay overnight in Tucson because of it's Great Location to Place we enjoy going to like the Gaslight Theater. Little Anthony's Diner and now Trail Dust Town to see the Pistoleros Wild West Show (all are great family fun entertainment ND highly recommended along with this hotel)

The rooms are a nice layout. The courtyard is nice. But BEWARE this place is NOT AS ADVERTISED. You will be staying in a halfway house for the rec center across the street. As I arrived, sketchy looking people watched me unload my luggage and were hanging out in the courtyards. It felt generally unsafe, ESPECIALLY when it's advertised as a nice, regular hotel.
The rooms are absolutely filthy, streaks on the walls and grime everywhere. My socks turned black within an hour of putting them on. I wont be staying at this chain of hotels again.

This is a great place to have family stay when they come in town for a vist. Located near lots of nice resturants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed here several times, but it has gone way down hill. I spent 1 of 2 nights i had reserved, but the constant flow of homeless and vagrants staying at this hotel gave me a very unsafe feeling and i cancelled the second night. The staff did not seem surprised.
It seems they are using this hotel as a half way house or shelter of some sort.

Hôtel avec un charme particulier. Belles chambres spacieuses et calmes et propres avec micro-ondes, cafetière et réfrigérateur. Lit très confortable et douche au jet correct. Le wifi fonctionne correctement. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent : pommes de terre, omelette au fromage ou œufs brouillés, sausage ou bacon, gaufres... un séjour très plaisant.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. My husband and I had covid and cancelled with the ridiculous 3rd party in plenty of time, and yet no refund. So we are out $700 and the hotel is saying we were no shows. Perhaps they should have a better arrangement than the sleazy 3rd party booking agents they use. We WILL NEVER book wirh these Choice Comfort hotels again.

Having been to several locations, this one is unique in terms of style and authenticity. There is nothing like it when it comes to excitement during your stay. It's absolutely a must-stay destination, and I anxiously look forward to returning whenever I visit Arizona again. It's difficult to forget the remarkable fusion of comfort and ambiance inspired by the canyon at the Comfort Inn Suites in Sabino Canyon.
