If I could give it less than a star I would. I am disabled and after running my car wash through the $14 package ( I was taken a back at the way I was treated when I said I needed to see the package before deciding what I wanted she kept muttering under her breath because I didn't sign up for monthly charges ) I was shopping around for a car wash I could spend a membership at so I wanted a minute to take in the information but I felt very much like she was disappointed in my decision and no air freshener and wipes or offered either with any packages. I was told. because I live in Avra valley and have to wash my car frequently so I can't afford the $40 package.( Which is why I was looking at a membership )I ran through the car wash after which my car was hardly touched. There was clumps of dirt still on it. There was no pre spray. My car wasn't packed in mud. It was just Dusty from where I live but there was still dried dirt on the car like the water never touched it. The spots to vacuum your car are incredibly tight. The air hose kept turning the air off sporadically and would lose air. I'm disabled. I have to lean on to the car to be able to use the vacuum and I can't do much. I did go to an Express self service so I was aware that I'd have to vacuum what I couldn't ld how I could that wasn't the problem. I didn't have problems with the vacuuming. but like all other express car washes I expected to be able to run through again because it wasn't clean. At that point the girl said I need to ask my manager if you can do this. She went and got her manager. Luiz the manager said you get what you pay for and if you feel your car was dirty before you washed your car you should have pulled over and used the self-service hose down which I've never seen in my life ( maybe in a hermit). Plus I'm disabled and I can't and his response was "oh well to get what you pay for". You can find someone around to help you okay. That's an unexpected and unreasonable response. I said I felt very discriminated. He started talking over me. He wouldn't listen to anything I said and my voice not yelling but got intense because I felt very attacked and not heard about the situation. Therefore, when I tried to call the company there's no way to get a hold of the company that you don't go through the store. He was on the phone right away with his manager because he said he was going to fight the fact that I felt discriminated and that it's all on video. I hope corporate listens to this review and watches that video because I do not feel that it was handled appropriately and it was absolutely unacceptable. I will not be recommending nor using this facility again

I got offered a free wash here and the wash had a lot of water remaining. Not the end of the world, but I had seen dirt still caked up on my side pillars. So it definitely did not do its job.

Kim was great, she takes great pride in her work. She was making sure every vacuum worked and that everyone was happy with their wash. I have been here several times and a perfect wash every time. Clean towels, and clean wipes for the interior. Kim thanks for your smile and pride in your work.

I been trying to contact this company for the past 3 months I’ve called and talked to reps and also went into the store telling them I needed my membership cancelled. It’s been charged August and September and it should be getting a refunded. Haven’t had the car since JULY it’s charging for a vehicle I don’t have. Don’t know what to do and it will be charged again OCT 15th. I didn’t want to post but this was my last option

I went yesterday and my came out super clean! My car was almost unrecognizable while I was out shopping. ?
Not only was the wash great, but Kimberly helped me figure out what wash was needed for my car. She was also super polite the entire conversation.

My truck came out dirty rear window barely even got wet had visible dust still on it same with tailgate door handles etc. young lady was very kind but said there brushes don’t touch the rear window or tailgate very dissatisfied my trucks still dirty after 22 bucks they did not want to fix it,

I came through the wash for the first time today & I had a very good experience with the Hawaiian guy with blue eyes. He was very kind. Before I went through the car wash I wasn’t sure what to do (my first time in a car wash by myself) so this friendly worker Kim explained to me the directions. After I went to vacuum my car, the owner Luis had introduced himself to me asking me if I needed any towels. I don’t know how this location is so helpful but keep doing what you guys are doing! Amazing job!

I used to love this place and was coming back to get a membership but the lady working the front left such a terrible impression that I just can't come back. Super disappointed.
