My boyfriend and I have gone to Les for years for our monthly pedicure but this last visit was disappointing. Les sold out and the new owners are cutting corners. I got my pedicure and the tech came out with prepackaged, scrubs and materials, instead of the fresh materials. These new products caused a horrible rash on my legs after the visit. The change in products along with a broken massage chair made us decide that we will no longer go back. When we told that to the receptionist who may be the owner she acted like she didn’t even care. So unfortunately, we will no longer be patronizing this business. Therefore I updated my review to 1 star.
Friendly and clean salon. Had spring pedi special where they used real oranges. Never had that before. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year. Someone is always available to take for a pedicure walk-in. The atmosphere has always been nice. That are currently updating. Waiting to see what it’s like when they are done. Need to be able to give a tip with a card payment.

I'm always very pleased with the service that I receive each month. Kim is awesome and I'm never disappointed with the service each time I have scheduled an appointment. Everyone is very polite and courteous.

I was recommended here by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the results! This is definitely the best nail salon I have tried in Tucson, and I will be coming back!

got a pedicure and it was amazing. we waited about 5 minutes for the chairs to open so it wasn't too long. i got a level 2 pedicure and it was very nice. i also thought it was very cute in there and i really liked it. the massage chair was so nice and i really felt relaxed there. i definitely recommend this place

I’ve been coming here for a while even left a nice review, but I’m here to go ahead and edit and delete my review. I recently went and got my toes done. I’ve given them chance after chance went I had my feelings done, and the guy angrily filled my hand, I could tell by the way he was holding it and filing my nails he even cut me Another time I’m winning. Got my feet done same very passive aggressive. I never went back a year later I thought maybe hey, they might be different experience ever! My toes have never looked worse I should’ve just stayed home. I even told her I just wanted to basic and she still went ahead and did the extra mile and charge me the most highest pedicure, which I thought was very sneaky and very misleading , I don’t appreciate that. I don’t like the way they handled me on the way out as I was trying to pay the girl walked away from the register as she saw me walking towards it to go eat her lunch I don’t know what she was thinking maybe it was on the house I guess She gonna pay for it but she had to go back to the register to do her job. She had an attitude which I did not appreciate with her 70 year raisin looking.

Got me in quickly even without an appointment. Mei did my nails exactly as I wanted them and was quick while still paying attention to every detail. Will definitely be seeing her again!

Brought my friends daughter in for a fill and that cost MORE than when she first got them done (there) And looking at the nails, definitely wasn’t worth the price. The polish is clumpy and just looks like a rushed job. Not happy at all !

I have been coming to them for the last few years. I went today not sure if owners changed. I was helped by the front desk attendant and she said a wait which was fine. Then i tell her how I injured my foot a few weeks ago I need someone to be gentle. She says " remind me I'll honestly forget" I thought ok well that's not the best customer service and she did not come off to friendly. I decided to leave and maybe find a new one it didn't feel as welcoming.

They didn't do acrylics right, I had fungus under all of them just 2 weeks after I had a fill.(one popped off, and others were lifting) They put them on originally and I went back for fills twice, this was my third time. I knew I saw black under them last time he filled them but he didnt say anything and just painted over it. I spent lots of money for them to ruin my nails which are now painful. I will never go back there again.

I loved my nails, number 4 is the bestttt and I mean best nail tech there. It's a little pricey, but I think it's totally worth it.
