Bad service. The manager who was working the cashier stand was standing there on her phone when I walked up to pay for my items. They have a self checkout process that inaccurately prices your items and is confusing. She didn't even look up from her phone. I put my items down and she double checked them knowing they were wrong. Then she "educated" me on her pricing. Two items were marked as a 2/5 but she said that because her signs were not correct, she needs to reprice my items because she messed up the labeling. So, I was penalized for her mistake. I wasn't going to give her any more of my money so I didn't buy them at all. And to top of off, when she was bagging my sodas she knocked one over that naturally exploded in my car. I won't get my gas here or buy anything from this store again. There are plenty of other gas stations that have better service.

Today at about 6:00am I went to the Circle K at 9515 E Golf Links Rd, Tucson, AZ 85730 and pulled up to pump five and saw it was already ready to pump. I waited about half a minute to see if someone would drive up to it as in the past I've seen inebriated people set themselves up to pump and then drive off then return. I did not see anyone come back so I got out of my vehicle and cancelled the transaction thinking I was saving someone the heartache of having to lose out on the money spent. After I cancelled the transaction I put in my Frys card for the points and then my credit card. I did see the Frys points took off ten cents and I started pumping. I don't even think it pumped a dollar in before my transaction was cancelled and I was very upset. I went in and asked an older lady with blonde hair about it and the cashier accused me of pumping gas on another persons money. I was insulted and I did get loud as I explained to her that I cancelled the transaction and entered my own payment. She said well you'll just have to do it again. I asked if she was going to give me my Frys discount, gas has went up over a dollar in the last month alone so every little bit helps with my gas. She said that they don't take Frys points. I replied that the pump did take my Frys rewards and applied them to the transaction. I then left. This will be the last time I deal with a Circle K in Tucson. There are other instances of rude behavior at other Circle K stores and how filthy some of them have been or how at some stores the fresh ground coffee had a faint weird burnt taste. Beware people.

I like this one. Great customer service, everythingis clean but, some of the customer's are sketchy if you are a women alone be aware.
