The manager at this store, Ricardo, is ALWAYS eager to give me a friendly smile and a helping hand. My brother is disabled and can be a handful sometimes, but Ricardo always takes the time to have a chat with him, and this small gesture makes my brother feel appreciated and "normal". Kudos to you, Ricardo - you are very appreciated!!

The employees here are obviously very unhappy. I never feel welcome here. The employees make me feel too uncomfortable to cover back.

In lieu of filing BBB claim regarding my issue with this store, I would ask the owner to take a look into the manner in which this store is run, particularly after the sun goes down. Loud music and illicit activities by employees are a pretty big turn-off to the customer. Further, I very much doubt that Circle K as a company would like to see the brand represented this way. It goes from the top down. The manager of this store is unwilling or unable to hire appropriate staff to respectfully run this location. I’ve watched it for nearly 2 years.

Was told by a clerk that was standing in front that he could not sell me beer because they are painting even though no one was painting and they were still customers being helped inside got to say the way he said it was pretty rude

Wow. Just came from wilmot circle k and it was terrible now i come here and boom another terrible store that's close for 5mins when its been longer. I remember when i worked for circle k i had to hold my pee so i can work. And got in trouble if i tried to put up a sign.Ridiculous. I can't wait to see all circle ks taken down.Zero stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE TAKE THE EXTRA TIME TO GO TO QT. This place for the last year has gone so down hill. The workers DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A RUSH or just a couple people in line. Everytime I go there I end up walking out because of the rude unprofessional workers that don't even know how to put money on a gas pump. They need to have training and customer service classes for workers. The owner should be ashamed and the manager should be fired for not knowing how to hire reliable people.

This location is convenient at times, but the extra company outside asking for spare change and smoking at the front doors makes me want to drive a short distance further to a less obstructive environment. If you're getting gas it's possibly lower than other around!

I stop here all the time since it’s on the way to many of my normal rounds day to day. They are the pinnacle of convenience since it’s placed so well and stocked with Tucson’s finest clerks. The other day I asked for something they were out of and one guy confirmed they were out but Chris (bless her) actually had a feeling that they had literally just gotten an order in and lo and behold, my sought after item was brought out triumphantly from the back and it was just good feels all around. Seems I always have a nice time swinging through there. The convenience store of the people!
