Really weird experience. Went inside to cash checks from getting recently married, they put them on hold and gave me zero explanation as to why and acted condescending to me the entire time. Next day manager(?) called me to ask about my experience from yesterday (why?) and continued to give me zero explanation? I didn't file a complaint or anything so not sure why they called. As I was trying to finish my statement the manager said, "alright alright alright," cutting me off because she didn't want to hear what I was trying to finish saying. Why did you call? To make me annoyed two days in a row? Chase - I know these calls are recorded. Hope somebody listens to that weird call. Never going back to this location. Poor customer service.
No wonder they have a 2.1 rating on Google.

Chase Bank is a pain in the butt. I use it because the Bank ATM is so close to me. I'm not paying anyone to get my money out or spend it. Stupid. Anyway. All their rules and regulations are rediculous... Probably number ONE bank in Arizona that cleans up dirty money. If you get my drift?

No explanation to customers as to why the bank closed. Come to find out, after almost a year, that they are closed because of roof issues. I didn’t think a bank would be struggling to find the funds to make repairs. Service has never been great at this location .. and then this!

Closes their bank for "renovations" for MONTHS now and doesn't give their customers ANY answers on a reopening or even access to ATMS! real nice. Rude bank anyway and unprofessional! So done with chase.

Unbelievable that this location is still closed. Who’s working on the renovation? Turtles?? Pretty inconsiderate to leave customer without banking for this long. Not even the ATMs are functional. Which doesn’t make much sense. I guess it’s time to move my money to a different bank that actually cares.

I understand Bank is closed for repairs.But ATM and drive through are also close.why? There is no other Chase ATM in the area,used to be one in Wallgreens. According to Google the AM PM has one,but is not Chase as indicated,so as customers we gave to pay a fee in any other ATM in the area.

Would not cash a check drawn on this bank unless you had an account. Not paying a 10.00 fee. If you dont cash your own customers check when they pay someone...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will let chase customer Tucson trap club know their bank would not cash unless we paid fee.

Somebody please fix ur fricken ATM machine, either the drive thru machines are down or the ATM is down...this is the worse bank service I have ever seen...the tellers are also rude and why is the bank so trashy looking...omg!! It's so much trouble to change all my services to another bank but if this keeps up...I will definitely be moving over to another bank...

Ok, but overworked ATM. It's often not fully functional, bue to lack if branches/ATMs in this area. Chase Bank, unfortunately doesn't provide the same quality of service on the poor side of town.

Convenient location for us on Valencia, we needed an appointment to open an account but the process was painless. Sonia was professional, thorough and efficient. Glad to be on board.
