Staff here is just never in a good mood. Banking at this specific location for 10 ish yrs and only a few people here are pleasant be aware. The bankers are nice just the tellers usually seem like they could use a hug.

Came here today and had some snobby lady named Rachel “help” me. She was acted very pretentious with me. Explaining things to me in a condescending tone. I will NOT be returning to this bank. They seriously need to get people with some basic customer service skills.

Just close this branch. Lived in this area 20 years and this is consistently the only bad branch, bad service, long lines, no place to sign in for account services.

Why can't I say about it it's a bank. It's an older bang so it's a little rundown. The hand sanitizer dispenser was completely empty at the front door. There was another man there with a whole bunch of kids that were running around screaming and crying and making a ruckus and the tellers didn't say anything to them. They have about five tell her windows but only had two workers I guess the others were at lunch or something. They do have an ATM outside which is good. They have a waterfall in red at the front door that also has a water bottle filling station so that's awesome. They do have customer service here I saw cubicles and little desks so it's more than just a teller so if you have some business to do they can probably help you. The little waiting area was very uncomfortable the chairs were old and stained and they didn't have any material while I waited for someone in line. The parking lot was clean and they had handicap parking right in front with a ramp. It is on the corner of a very busy intersection so be careful trying to exit the parking lot because you might not be able to get out if it's if there's a lot of traffic or if it's Rush hour. I would suggest driving to the other side of the parking lot to exit so you have a little bit more space so that way you're not right next to the intersection. The landscaping was well kept the gravel was raked the only thing that was off was the amount of gum that's on the sidewalk leading up to the front door I feel like they could probably pay somebody to power wash that but they've chosen not to upkeep that. Maybe they could ask their property manager to do that for them but they've chosen not to address it but it is quite unsightly. There's not a whole lot of things that you need to do here that you can't do with online banking so it's rare that I actually go to a bank it was just odd seeing that they're not upkeeping their store locations. I don't think they have public restrooms for the public so you better go pee somewhere else before you get there. And also nobody was really there to greet you as you walked in you kind of just walked in and have to find your own way up to the queue lines. Also I didn't see any security while I was here so that could be dangerous if you're depositing or withdrawing large sums of money.
