Chris Kimbel is supposed to be my advisor in a fiduciary arrangement, but instead for 2 months he has been blocking me from access to my life savings and trying to transfer funds out of my account into new accounts he is setting up. The Oro Valley branch at Oracle and Magee is in on it, too. An internal investigation was done and it was determined the procedures are inadequate and I've been blocked from my account or talking with anyone that can help at the National level.

Bad experience with Robin Smith, a private banker. Made an appointment and went in and she didn't realize she had an appointment with me. Made another appointment to meet her again the following week. Went in at the appointment time and she saw me and rudely waived a finger at me to signal for me to wait. Robin must not have gone through customer service training because she didn't even smile and kept me waiting past the appointment time. When it seemed like she was done, she walked past me without a word. I asked if she was aware that we had an appointment and she simply said "I have to finish my phone calls"This branch is a little out of my way, and I confirmed the second appointment with Robin the day before coming in. I have three accounts, four credit cards and two mortgages with Chase, and I can't remember being treated like this.Robin is rude, unpleasant, and it seems she doesn't know how to work her calendar

Honestly. Bmo bank is 1000 times better. The bank employees at this location are very entitled and will treat you like trash even tho they are holding your money. Also full of excuses why you can't access your money easily. Oh .... I hope you like the Philippines and India because that's the service you will receive. Very patriotic.

The exterior atm NFC system is not working at this location, nor the Broadway location (including walk up exterior atm, walk up interior atm, and drive up atm). Now that you close at 5pm instead of 6pm, I have ro wait a whole day to interact with a teller. Why did you shorten your business hours? That extra hour was crucial for accessing banking services for office workers who leave work between 5pm to 5:30pm, and now we're left in the lurch.

I am very disappointed this place. We called and they said they will cal back but they never call back? 2 times now. Have problems with business account and the merchandise services. It seems like more difficult to talk to them in person.Email each other for the merchandise services. But I have to wait forever for that lady to reply back. I felt she ignored me . Want to talk to banker but they don't have time most of the time I guess. They always said ' I would let him to call back' but they never do.

I'm giving 5 stars solely based on the fact their ATM lets you choose whether to get $5's, $20's, or $100's. It's really convenient!

Super frustrating. Came in to open a high school checking on Saturday morning with my daughter. There were two bankers. The manager comes out to tell me it's a 30 min wait and to go home to open the account online. Having said it was a high school acct her assured me it was fine. I worked for chase and knew the following: 1. He was perfectly capable of opening the account his-lazy-self. The branch was dead with the exception of the two couples with bankers. 2. He knew he didn't get "credit" for the high school account so he wasn't going to assist us. 3. Was unable to answer my question on he legality of her being a minor and needing approval. He literally said "I don't understand how opening online checking accounts work myself or how they do it." Really, awesome that you're the manager. 4. He was completely wrong. Now I have to take time off of work to get her account open because of my work schedule. Not to mention I've had to reset all of my passwords because of his stupidity. He's an idiot and the regional manager should be popping in on him. Lastly, he was not dressed per their super strict code. Grey jeans are not suit pants or dress pants.

I had a car loan at Chase for a few years, then it was paid off. Recently I went into this bank branch to get change for a $100 bill, which was refused unless I had an account. I pointed out the $100 bill was "legal tender". Female manager (snooty) refused to service my request. I went to Trader Joe and the manager gave me change for the $100. Too bad, Trader Joe doesn't offer banking.
