No matter how impressive the real estate footprint is, Chase Bank always seems to be to have lame customer service and stuck on stupid down to an art form.No matter the time of the day or length of the line, the front counter is ALWAYS understaffed by the rudest and most obnoxious staff devoid of understanding what real customer service is, on the other hand they do understand and excel at lip service.Every transaction is seemingly always a battle, it's as if Chase is on a war footing with anyone and everyone.Sadly this is not a business that l would ever recommend.

I see why this branch has negative reviews and a low rating. Had a 10:30 appointment on 8/29 to open my business account, and the rep I was SCHEDULED to meet with decided to keep me waiting past my scheduled appointment time. I would not recommend scheduling with Daniel Cossette, he thought it was perfectly fine to accomodate another customer's needs during my scheduled appointment time. He kept me waiting nearly 10 minutes past my scheduled time and never came out to acknowledge me. Just before I got up and left, I watched his reflection in his office and all he was doing was typing on his computer. After I leave, he calls my phone and leaves a voicemail full of lame excuses as to why he left me waiting. One of his excuses was a straight up lie saying that he came out around 10:37 or 10:38! That's around the time I got up to leave, so his statement is completely false. Great integrity there! Chase should invest in some time management training for their employees! At least the lady that greeted me was polite and accomodating; however, I WILL NOT be going back to this branch. In fact, I think I'll bank somewhere else because I can't deal with this kind of piss poor customer service when I'm attempting to conduct important business.

I'm so impressed with the courtesy and personal support that I have received from the team at this branch. Always greeting you by name and offering water and a nicely appointed lobby to relax while you wait.

I visited the location today and it was a pleasant experience. Maria I believe was very friendly and welcomed me to town as I just moved in. She also recommended some places to try and got what I needed done!

Poorly trained staff and branch manager. The worst customer service I’ve witnessed in 40 years. Will be reporting to corporate for discrimination by branch manager. She’s the worst representation of Chase. Please close your accounts as you’ll be dealing with incompetent, poorly trained employees who lack general skills on customer service and serve the worst interests of their customers. Their manager is unethical and should be terminated immediately. If not, Chase will be losing five loyal customers. Abused my father, denied him the right to close his account, make a withdrawal, and be served as a loyal customer, but instead she treated a professional as a criminal. Luckily , she’s captured well abusing my father on video along with a co worker.

Pam Sluder is an incompetent bank manager. Engages in elder abuse and the bullying of loyal customers. Refused to serve customer for an hour. Refused to close customer's account per his request. Refused customer to withdraw and access their own funds. The worst chase branch and management on all levels. We will all be closing our accounts. Good job Chase! You lost four loyal customers in the millions! Video footage of our horrific experience, denial to be served as loyal customers, and all their unethical behavior will be shared with on social media. Matthew Kidwell denied service to a customer stating he has other customers when this loyal customer has been there for an hour without being serviced! Video reveals NO customers at the bank, but us ! Highly discriminatory behavior ! He then makes a fraudulent call to the police !!!! Furthermore, Pam Sluder disconnects the call next day upon asking for her full name as she stated someone from resolution center would reach out. Nobody reached out, even after three weeks !!! Is this professionalism coming from a branch manager who engages in full abuse and exploitation of loyal customers? Apparently, she feels entitled to abuse customers and exert the little power she preys off on clients. Reality is these People are nobody !!!! Beyond absurd and highly discriminatory and unethical behavior coming from someone who clearly lacks ethics, customer service , management skills, and any education!!!!! I would be surprised if she even holds a high school diploma. Matthew Kidwell is a complete joke as I'll be uploading his videos of harassment towards customers and his discriminatory behavior.

This bank has always said yes when the two banks across the street said no or put up road blocks. Again it happened. I need a Bank Medallion counter stamp on HH Bonds to be sent Back to the Federal Reserve. Mainly, for this service you have to be a active bank user. So we had to open a min savings account. There are more bonds coming due so we do need to be able to repeat. The service was included in benefits. My wife set all this up yesterday, got the stamp done and I m going back this am. To be added on as a user. A Appt. Is needed and two forms of ID. I knew they would come thru based on past experience. Thank you Chase.

I love going to this chase bank there so awesome and helpful at this location they always make me feel like a very valued customer scratch that they make it feel like your family the ladies pam and Ruby always remember my name and make me feel right at home and make me feel like i never have to worry about my money at this bank if your looking for a new bank i hands down would definitely recommend

Went in at 2 PM to open a business checking account for an LLC which they don't allow you to do online and the woman said that she was booked all day when she didn't have anyone in her office and was just chitchatting with the manager while the rest of the employees sit around doing nothing
