Luis was great helping my husband and I open new business accts after bank we used for 20+ years shut our accts down. He spent much time with us.. we were licensed insured and bonded. New regs makes hard to move banks but he went above and beyond. Thanks Luis

No matter how impressive the real estate or the lobby appears with it's numerous teller windows, Chase Bank consistently demonstrates it's ingrained failure to value your time by useally having only one teller on duty no matter the length of the line.Chase Bank seems to lead the banking industry in failed guest relationships with a willful, deliberate and intentional disregard to projecting anything close to resembling customer service.I keep telling my friend to close her accounts here and move them to another bank that doesn't go out of it's way to alienate it's customers.I'm always astounded why anyone would put up with Chase Banks poor attitude, it seems as of they are on a war footing with thier customers.***I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH CHASE BANK!***

While stopping at this location I noticed alot of homeless.The security guards kinda just walk around on the phone... walking away from the issue .From my point of view the homeless just stealing outa everyone's car they can .Just be ⚠️ warned ! Don't get out of your car if u don't ha e to bere

Bad experience tellers all just hanging out and when you ask for assistance they make up excuses because they don’t want to work. Also teller was very rude at the window. I was a new customer unbelievable!

Waited for 30 minutes in lobby with no acknowledgement, only to be told they were too busy to notarize something for me.

I've been banking here for a number of years. Right now they're not busy at all, but I've been sitting in the drive thru to cash a check, and they recieved the check and my License, but still haven't even greeted me after 15 minutes of waiting. I get so frustrated at this place.

Get your money out of this horrible place while you still can. They make up bogus fees, this time $75 and refuse to discuss why or give any justification. I truly hate them.

Can't say enough great things about this bank! The tellers are always so pleasant, and Vena the branch manager, and Cecilia go way out of their way to assist me. Never had this level of service at my banks back in WV. Truly made me feel welcomed when I moved here and set up accounts, and they keep upping the ante in service! They acted fast at the spur of the moment to help me close a business deal. Deeply appreciative!
