Notary is such a dinosaur she wont except state/government issues identification. It's a new ID but nothing wrong with it. Called the DMV and they agreed it ID was fine and should be used by anyone. Seems like she just wanted to go home asap. Chase use to be a customer service type of place and now it's just another S hole. Things like this encourage me to move bank accounts.Luckily other notary's were fine with the ID.

I have banked with chase for decades. I have never had any issues until now. I was having problems sending a Zelle payment. Customer service said to call Zelle, Zelle said to call chase customer service, after being given the runaround from both companies on the phone, I decided to pop into the branch. The branch manager was the most condescending, rude, unprofessional jerk I have ever had to deal with in a bank. The teller was absolutely kind and considerate, and while we were discussing what my issue was, the branch manager just came over and injected herself into the situation. At first I was like OK awesome maybe we will need her help with this, however, all she did was say it was Zelle and there’s nothing they could do. I asked if she could then give me a cashiers check for the transaction. She refused insisting it’s not the bank’s problem.

I saw another review about Stephanie, the branch manager, and I wanted to add that I have had a similar experience with her. She is incredibly unprofessional and does not understand how Trust Accounts work. The Chase branch we normally use does not have a drive thru teller, so I was trying to use the drive thru at this Chase branch (this was at the height of COVID back in 2020). Even after I explained to her multiple times how Trust Accounts work (something she should be well aware of as the branch manager), she refused to allow me to do the deposit. She even called the Chase branch we normally bank at, and tried to tell them not to do the deposit, but because they actually understand what a Trust Account is, they ignored her (I took the deposit to our normal branch as soon as she refused to do it at her branch, and the person I spoke to at my branch said that she had called them, but clearly did not understand that it was a deposit to a Trust Account, and the person at our usual branch did the deposit with no problem). I did call Chase and make a report about Stephanie, so it is unfortunate that Chase continues to allow her to be a manager at this branch, all while she continues to be unprofessional and uninformed/unhelpful. She needs some serious re-training. Hopefully if Chase customers continue to report problems with her, Chase will take appropriate action.

I read most Chase reviews in the Tucson area, trying to decide which branch to go to, to do some complicated transactions.I settled on this branch.I had to make an appointment to get the transactions done, so plan ahead.I received amazing help from Stephanie at the window and then Kelly with our appointment. Kelly was amazing!Quick, competent, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. After reading many poor reviews, I was nervous, but was pleasantly surprised.Thanks to them both for helping us accomplish a complicated transition as fast as possible.

Stephanie The manager at this location (River and Campbell) is very judgemental and unprofessional. She actually accused me of trying to take advantage of my father. She assumed because I was helping him that I was taking advantage of him. This woman has no business being a manager! I left a message for Dan who is her manager two days ago, he has yet to respond. That tells me they don't care how their customers are treated.

IRA website not working. This is an ongoing issue.You cannot withdraw money from the website you have to go to a branch to withdraw your money.

My old branch great building corner of river & Campbell busy corner s of st Phillips church in st Phillips plaza park Nw east ok long realty . Full service coporate bank with saftey deposit boxes, drive trough & friendly teller Arlene today thank you! Great building used to have a courtyard fountain building a rare bank these days probably cloned from josler style of the era in neighborhood maybe built in 80's. Block , Orion , tile , beams et al!

This is by far the worst chase bank branch I have ever been to. The staff are slow and unhelpful, and the policies they follow are not in line with other branches. They wanted to cash a check made out to me personally in my business account because they said I didn't have sufficient funds in my personal account. I have never had this as an issue, and cashing a check in my business account would inaccurately reflect personal income in my business account if I were ever audited. Of course, I went to my normal branch and they had no issue with taking care of me in a courteous and efficient manner. Will never go to the Campbell/River branch again.
