It's location was accessible. The bank was clean and modern. Staff was courteous and helpful

Honestly I saw the reviews and I was kinda scared but I had the best experience the employee helped me make an appointment when I got there he helped me with everything he explained everything and made sure I understood it, helped me resolve my problem. He was just overall really helpful, nice and answered all my questions.... read full comment

Chase used to be the best bank around but they have gone downhill over the last few years. They can never follow through on any of the things that I need and they have one of the worst interest rates in the industry. Taking my money out and putting it elsewhere.
