Yea beware of chases security. Ive been getting this same unrecognizable charge and this is my 2nd time changing cards and disputing a case. Been a loyal chase member for years but if it continues im not going to continue with this bank

I was trying to open an account. Staff tried to send me away and told me to do it online. I asked if they could just help me with it. So they scheduled an appointment. The day of my appointment the receptionist told me there was no electricity but she would call me back. She never did. All I wanted was to do is open an account. They are not a busy bank at all. Idk why she never called me back but It's been almost 3 weeks since I've been trying to open an account.

Security guard was on his phone today .I said hello and he didn't acknowledge me . Wow .now that's a great alert security guard ! Lol

Came into this local branch to open an account. The kid behind his desk on the phone was more about having me open an account online because he said it takes too long and they closed in an hour. This is the laziest thing I’ve ever heard. I’ll instead take this cash and open an account with someone who takes care of their customers and not only care about what time they get off work.

This is the worst bank I have ever been with you call and call and call nobody answers their phone they send your wrong card to the wrong address and when you ask for a new card they get upset and get really nasty with you on the phone would not recommend this bank to anybody absolutely worthless people who don't care about anything else but making a buck for their bank this is the absolute worst and I do mean worst place to bank with they've sent my card to the wrong address they don't care about where it went to then they wouldn't ask you a million questions transfer you to overturn somebody else for an hour and a 1/2 wait time this is absolutely ludicrous and ridiculous I would never bank with them again
