Alex was an excellent service rep. My issue is Chapman has raised its alignment charge to $169. I did not mind when the charged about $120 ( still 30%above the norm) but with this pricing I’ll be shopping for this service elsewhere in the future. May lead me to doing other service work elsewhere as well. I always preferred going to the dealer but this is gouging.

Excellent experience on my 2022 MDX service visit. Justin did a great job of explaining the maintenance required. As a retired Acura store GM from the midwest, I have an unique perspective on expectations during routine maintenance and Chapman did very well overall. I especially liked the video inspection report that the Techician did on my car.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We went and told them we prefer to have a loan through a credit union. They told us to go get our own loan from the credit union then come back and pick out the car we want cause apparently they didn't have enough staff available to contact the credit unions.

We drove from Chicago to Tucson so that our daughter would have a car at school. Upon arrival, we noticed the brakes didn’t feel quite right. We brought the car in and were able to get it looked at right away. We were able to get everything fixed up within a day. We even had a loaner. It gives me peace of mind knowing there’s a reliable mechanic available to help my daughter with the maintenance on her vehicle while she is away in Tucson. Rene and his team were very professional and friendly.

Bought a 2023 BMW M2 with 11,xxx miles for $65,XXX from this dealer, I was told the car was great with 0 issues.
Upon delivery I would notice clicking coming from the rear of the car, thought nothing to crazy of it till I noticed on the Carfax that the "Right Rear Axle" was replaced at a BMW dealer while Acura had possession of the car.
I called the BMW dealer to get a record of the repair, and was notified that they did NOT replace the axle. The service advisor explained that Chapman Acura brought them the car to diagnose a "leaking fluid from rear of vehicle" They informed Acura that the axle needed to be replaced and that the axle was on national back order (NO ETA).
Instead of doing the LEGAL thing of telling me they knew about this issue they decided to ship me the car in hopes I wouldn't find out. The vehicle is now at my Local BMW dealership because it is undrivable and I'm dealing with waiting up to 3 months for a replacement, and Acura is unresponsive to nearly 6 emails over the past 2 weeks of me looking to get their assistance in fixing what should have been done prior to selling me the car.
It's bad enough they knowingly shipped out a broken car, but the fact they won't take accountability is the tipping point that's led to this review.

This is my first experience with Chapman Acura. Indiana was helpful and accommodating, even with my appointment change. The windshield repair was so FAST, and inexpensive!!
