The entirety of the staff was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us great shoe recommendations, and helped us find the right sizes and more. When I came to buying them, they were fast, and even said kind things about the shoes we got. They have a great variety as well and good deals and prices. The service is just great, and the store is great. 5 stars.

Received Father's Day gift delivered that doesn't fit can't use sadly . Called park mall tucson Champs store very helpful on phone I could return to store for refund or credit for 45 days after purchase with receipt . Also could return by mail with QR code . If debit card card must be present in store. Thank ? If cost of item was discounted within the 45 days do you still receive full purchased refund? To consider , call? Very good phone customer service at park mall tucson store with Lily , thank you ..

I came in to exchange some shoes I bought a while back. I live in Phoenix and the employees at the champs over there are rude they wouldn’t exchange them asked a million questions. Lily and (I didn’t get the kids name) her employee gave above and beyond service. Very polite apologized for the wait. Tucson park place mall champs mall thank you I have never ever had such great amazing service.
